"The hotel is extremely clean. It smells lovely and is in a fantastic location.
We came for a sports tournmanet that was being played in Doubleview. The hotel has laundry facilities and decent packing. Also has an amazing french bakery and Dominos located in the building.
Staff were lovely.
Only thing that is a negative was the repair and maintenance was a little bit lacking. The rooms needed re-painting and proper touch ups and the drain doesnt drain very well and water floods the floors when the shower is in."
"Beautiful, modern, perfectly clean from reception to room. Hotel feeling with self contained apartment accessibility. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful, warm and welcoming. Street parking outside or Wilson parking lot nearby - if you park on the street, fold your side mirrors in if possible, mine got either hit by a car or pushed on by somebody and broken off. A very quiet area of town, and walls thick enough to block most guest noise. Earplugs blocked out the crying baby next door and I had a lovely sleep in. I would absolutely stay here again! "
"Beautiful location, quiet at night despite location on busy beach area. Large room, with good amenities. Hotel is a little dated but currently undergoing renovations- should be very nice. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices and nice eating space with a view of the beach. "
"I stayed in PACIFIC Club suites, overall stay is excellent except the breakfast in club suite it’s not the best. Lots of them doesn’t feel fresh. It seems like leftover food.
But the rest is okay"
"The restaurant downstairs panchos was amazing staff where excellent do wish the room i stayed in had a smart tv but other than that i couldn't falt it "
