"We had a great weekend. The kids loved the water park and all the fun activities in the courtyard…s’mores etc. There should be better customer service. Miscommunication with the front desk. The outdoor pool is so nice but closes way too early. We had a long wait time for fresh linen then had to bag the soiled linen myself. Aside from that was a great time and we will definitely return. The staff was very friendly and the rooms look recently redone. Nothing fancy but nice. Breakfast food was mediocre but lunch options were pretty good. Great place for a family getaway."

"The hotel itself is very Pritty. The bathroom shower could be a little bit more updated to match the overall look. The pool with the hot tub was relaxing! The bed was extremely comfortable and so were the pillows! The view of the water was partial which was good:) also, the hotel is in down town Plymouth so everything is walkable! Which is an added plus to all the resteraunts and shops! The hotel is dog friendly which adds to the friendliness of the entire experience! "
