“This is a great unit! Location is about a five minute drive from town, high above the car ferry dock, and very close to Starfish Market if needed. It has an extremely large deck with gorgeous views of St. Thomas and the surrounding islands. The kitchen had everything we needed, including some basic supplies (water, coffee, sugar etc) to get us started, which was much appreciated. Beach supplies were also provided. “Happy Place was wonderful. The home is newer, nicely landscaped, and well appointed with Kitchen-Aid appliances and quality dish-ware. With the pull-out sofa, it worked well for our family of four. It’s a short drive to a nearby grocery, the ferry landing, and Cruz Bay shops and restaurants. Parking is ample for both units, which is a huge plus on the Island. “The family had a great time staying at this comfortable and clean, hillside condo overlooking greater Cruz Bay! For our first trip to St. John we wanted to stay someplace quiet, yet convenient to the restaurants and shopping in Cruz Bay, and the northside beaches. This place fit the bill perfectly. “A welcome relief after an unanticipated start, Avis (STT) gave our Jeep away. With our free-wheeling plans dashed, we had to use taxis. In the unit was a list of Taxi contacts along with other useful info. All the taxi drivers we contacted were very helpful, especially Moses. The unit was delightfully quaint and very clean. “The Hibiscus Suite was perfect for our short stay in St John. We appreciated all of the beach items that were made available to us and that the kitchen was already stocked with coffee, a jug of water and a few cold beers. The outdoor space is excellent with great views.”

A grill if you want to hang out and enjoy all that this little gem has to offer, which we did. “This property was amazing. The view was outstanding, access to the snorkeling area, pool & hot tub. The peacock that lives around the property is beautiful & we saw a few iguanas too. The housekeeping service was great, made our visit stress free. We loved the double doors that open out to the amazing view and cooked in a couple nights to enjoy the view.
