The perfect haven

This really is a gem of a place and Annie, the host was simply fantastic. We had everything we needed and the house was situated in the perfect location.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang von Annie!Das Haus war super sauber und in der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sofort wohltuend zu Hause gefühlt! Der Strand ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen!Vielen Dank!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Annie ist eine zuvorkommende, supernette Gastgeberin. Das Haus ist mit allem nötigen und vielem mehr ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Das WLAN ist hervorragend und sowohl im Haus als auch auf der Terrasse verfügbar.Der große Balkon ist direkt vom Wohnzimmer aus erreichbar und mit einer großen Markise ausgestattet, die per Schalter automatisch aus und eingefahren werden kann. Der Garten ist groß und dank der Bäume auch teilweise schattig, was gerade an heissen Tagen sehr angenehm ist. Das Auto kann auf dem umzäunten Grundstück geparkt werden.Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Insektenschutzgitter, die sind Gold wert und wir konnten bei offenem Fenster schlafen. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, aber trotzdem sind der Strand und einiges Restaurants, sowie ein Bäcker und ein Tierarzt innerhalb von 15min zu Fuß erreichbar. Größere Supermärkte sowie das Zentrum von Saint Raphaël sind mit dem Auto knapp 10min entfernt.

Accueil très agréable. La maison a été trouvée propre et bien équipée au milieu d un jardin bien entretenu, très agréable. Les literies sont de qualité. Le quartier est globalement calme. La plage est a 500 mètres en descendant la rue soit 5 a 10 mn pied selon chargement, et sens de la pente ;-). Nous avons passé un très bon séjour malgré la semaine de canicule, la présence de moustiquaire permettant d aérer la nuit a été vraiment appréciée. Je recommande cette location.

We hebben een fijne tijd gehad in het huis en de prachtige plek. De ontvangst was heel goed. Annie is heel vriendelijk en heeft ons in het huis een rondleiding gegeven. Ook het communiceren in engels ging goed dat was fijn voor ons omdat we geen frans spreken en verstaan. Het fijne is ook dat beddengoed, handdoeken etc. aanwezig zijn. Kortom een top verblijf!

Maison très agréable à vivre

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison. Les 3 chambres sont spacieuses, la cuisine est bien équipée et la disposition des pièces est agréable : coin nuit d'un côté et coin jour avec une grande terrasse pour déjeuner/diner de l'autre. Le jardin est grand, les enfants peuvent y jouer facilement et admirer les écureuils. La propriétaire Annie est très arrangeante et la communication est facile. La première plage est accessible à pieds et le centre de Saint Raphael est à 5 minutes en voiture. Nous recommandons à 100% cette maison pour y séjourner en famille :)

Tolles Haus und netter Strand

Das Haus ist sehr großzügig, sauber und hat einen schönen Garten. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet für Familien die selber kochen und backen wollen. Der Strand ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar und es gibt auch andere kleine nette Buchten, die zu Fuß gut erreichbar sind. Die Gastgeberin Annie ist bei An- und Abreise vor Ort und kann viele gute Tips geben. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche mit unseren 3 Teenagern und unserem Hund. Kommen gerne wieder.

Jolie maison familiale

Annie est très accueillante et a à coeur de partager sa maison de famille. 3 vraies chambres, c'est appréciable. La plage est proche à pied mais un peu petite, il faut veiller aux horaires ! Stationnement facile et à coût raisonnable sur st raphael (3km environ) pour profiter du port , des restaurants des grandes plages et des boutiques. Tout est à proximité. Ne manquez pas la promenade sur agay, cest magnifique !

Jolis souvenirs de vacances

Nous avons passés un agréable séjour en famille/amis chez Annie. La location est bien équipée et la vue du balcon sur le jardin un véritable havre de paix!! Nous pouvions aller à la plage avec notre fille de 2,5ans a pied sans souci. Cependant il est vrai que la climatisation serait un vrai + car nous avons loué sur des semaines relativement chaudes mais cela ne nous empêche pas de garder de très bons souvenirs de nos vacances. Annie est une propriétaire à l’écoute et aux petits soins.

vacances familiale au calme

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Le pavillon est situé dans un quartier pavillonnaire parfaitement calme, de jour comme de nuit. L'accueil est très attentionnée: eau fraîche, serviettes assorties savamment pliées.... Il y a plein de documentations touristiques soigneusement rangés. La maison est bien équipée et joliment décorée. Il y a de la place pour ranger ses affaires. Les draps et toute la literie sont de qualité et récents. C'est un RDC surélevé; le perron a une dizaine de marches (à l'intérieur, tout est au même niveau). Le truc en plus: on peut apercevoir les écureuils dans les arbres du jardin.

Maison très agréable, idéalement située dans un quartier très calme, proche de la plage : idéal avec de jeunes enfants. On se sent comme chez soi ... Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la villa Maeva. L'accueil de la propriétaire est attentionné et chaleureux. La maison est très bien conçue et équipée, fonctionnelle et spacieuse. La terrasse est grande et agréable à vivre. Et, luxe suprême, une charmante plage est à 5 min à pied ! Nous avons passé deux semaines idylliques et espérons revenir bientôt !

Vacances hors saison superbes sur la côte d'Azur

Merci pour votre chaleureux accueil. Nous ne pensions pas qu'hors saison la côte d'azur était aussi agréable. Nous avons beaucoup aimé votre magnifique jardin. Sur votre conseil nous avons découvert le calme des villages de l'arrière pays et de belles randonnées.Merci pour nos vacances et votre maison agréable à vivre, proche de la plage de La Peguière et à quelques pas à pieds du centre ville. Le jardin aux essences rustiques ont permis aux enfants et à notre chien de s'amuser sans risquer d'abîmer les plantations. Tous nous gardons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour à coup sûr nous reviendrons.

Villa parfaite pour des vacances parfaites !

Après 3 semaines dans une location très ordinaire... quel bonheur de se retrouver à la Villa Maeva ! Nous avons ressentit l'esprit vacances dès le portail franchit ! Espace, confort et intimité se côtoient dans un cadre verdoyant et calme à quelques minutes à pied de la plage. La gentillesse et discrétion de la propriétaire ajoute au charme de cette Villa à laquelle je donne une note parfaite de 10 ! je recommande et j'y retournerai sans hésiter :))

Un séjour de détente et de bonne humeur

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour où plages, visites, restaurants se font sous un soleil radieux, avec un accueil et des conseils dans la bonne humeur et les sourires. Encore merci à Annie de nous avoir ouvert les portes de la maison à 3h du matin. Nous le recommandons très chaleureusement et espérons y retourner.
