Appartement prope spacieux belle chambre,cuisine bien équipée,salon confortable télé internet,une superbe terrasse avec vue sur mer,avec tous le mobilier de jardin et le gros plus un barbecue à charbon.Accepte les animaux Ideal pour les familles.Commerce a 5 minutes à pied (boulangerie,boucherie,petit commerce proxy et tabac)Et pour finir la plage a 10 minutes à pied. Tres satisfait de mon séjour je le recommande vivement.

Wir hatten einen sehr netten Empfang von der Vermieterin. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Der Balkon geht um die gesamten Zimmer.

Wonderful Holiday

Beautiful apartment in a quiet residential area. Excursion options, as well as a bakery and supermarket nearby. Handing over the keys went really well despite the language barrier! We'd love to come back!

Lovely apartment, beautiful location

This is a beautiful apartment in a great location. The best feature is the wrap around veranda with fantastic views. The small town has good bus links to Saint Raphaël and easy 2-3 min walk to the train station. There are small shops locally including a boulangerie (which opens early for fresh bread) and a nice charcuterie. The closest beach is lovely but not so easy to access the water as it's very rocky. We spent most of our time at the beach at de la Péguière (about 1 mile walk). I would recommend this apartment.

We (2 dog) have just returned from a wonderful stay at this outstanding apartment/villa.Check in with the lovely Micheline was easy with excellent prior communication. The accommodation was clean and very comfortable and the chilled water & wine in the fridge were most welcome!The apartment has everything you need for a great stay. Plenty of wardrobe space, coffee machine, towels etc. Fridge was lovely and cold. Ice had been left for us in the freezer. We were even able to get a channel showing World Cup matches (for any football fans, we left a French flag in the living room drawers !)The view from the terrace is stunning. The sun moves around the building and the terrace wraps around so you can be in or out of the sun as you choose. And, of course, the apartment itself is air conditioned which was absolutely necessary in the heatwave we experienced. We would suggest watching smaller dogs don’t squeeze under the balcony rails.There is a lift which is not mentioned in the villa details but is great for those with mobility issues and especially in the 40 heat we were lucky (?) enough to experience!The villa is perfectly located for travelling the length of the beautiful Côte d’Azur with a private car park which is so rare in this area. Spar, chemist and exceptional boulangerie/patisserie just round the corner, lovely beachside restaurants less than 10 min walk away and train station 4 mins away.We loved every minute of our stay and can’t wait to return

Tolle Wohnung mit Potenzial

Schöner Urlaubsort, Wohnung außerhalb Ortskern, tolle Dachterrasse mit Blick aufs Meer, Wohnung toll, aber nicht für mehr als 4 Personen, Einrichtung tw. etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber und funktional eingerichtet. Aufzug, Tiefgarage, Klimaanlage. Kein Pool. Schlüsselübergabe problemlos, sehr nette Dame. Kommen gerne wieder. Hätten, wenn möglich, 4.5 Sterne gegeben.

Terrasse toll

Die Wohnung ist grundsätzlich gut, sie ist groß und hell. Die Dusche ist recht neu und sehr gut. Klimaanlage funktioniert gut und ist sehr hilfreich im Sommer. Die Wohnung hat elektrische Rolläden. Die Terrasse ist super groß, sie umläuft die gesamte Wohnung, man kann sie von jedem Raum aus betreten. Allerdings war die Wohnung nicht wirklich sauber, im Kühlschrank waren noch die Krümel und Ränder vom Vormieter und auf den Küchenschränken waren noch Spritzer... Zudem war einiges defekt: der Kühlschrankgriff fehlt, die Nespressomaschine tropft, eine Schiebetür zur Terrasse lässt sich nicht abschließen, der Toilettensitz wackelt, drei der vier Liegen auf der Terrasse sind kaputt, die Markise ist defekt... alles in allem ist es eigentlich eine schöne Wohnung, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Raum aus betreten.

Aardige huurster, mooi ruim appartement waarin alles aanwezig was. Goed geregeld bij aankomst en vertrek. Goede communicatie via de mail.

Appartement sale et propriétaire incorrect

Nous sommes arrivés dans un appartement très sale, seuls les draps et serviettes étaient propres, autrement il y avait des poussières partout sur le sol et du caca incrusté sur la cuvette des toilettes ! On nous a proposé de nous faire rembourser les frais de ménage de 30 euros puisque nous avons du le faire nous même, au final le propriétaire n'a même pas tenu sa parole, nous avons eu 20 euros. Les photos ne sont par ailleurs pas conformes, il y a eu un changement de propriétaire depuis et les meubles sont laids et les chaises sales. Cadeau de bienvenue : une bouteille de rosé, merci, et une bouteille d'eau fraiche .. expirée depuis 2011 !! La plage à 600 mètres n'est pas vraiment une plage puisqu'il y a des rochers partout, on ne peut pas vraiment s'y baigner et il faut prendre la voiture pour la garer en centre ville et payer le parking 35 euros la journée. Bref, fuyez.

Séjour très agréable

Accueil et disponibilité au top. La grande terrasse est l'atout premier de cet appartement fonctionnel et calme. Notre séjour fut des plus agréables. Bon rapport qualité/prix.

Tolles Appartement + Terrasse

Sehr schönes Appartement und eine tolle, riesige Terrasse. Sonne den ganzen Tag. Supermarkt, Bäcker, Tabac/Zeitung, Feinkost, Apotheke nur 300 m entfernt. Kleiner Strand + nette Restaurants ca. 600m. Wie kommen wieder!

Quiet tranquil sun drenched terrace and fully equipped apartment

My husband and I stayed here for a week. The apartment was fully equipped with absolutely everything we could need. Even welcome essentials like water and wine! The huge terrace was magnificent with far reaching views to the sea. Local shops within walking distance. We would definitely stay there again.

Very nice apartment with excellent facilities

A lovely feel to the apartment, very spacious and fantastic views. The apartment was very well prepared for guests and was very clean. Local facilities were very good, we eat at the Toukan restaurant twice as the food and service was excellent. Overall an excellent holiday, great apartment with fabulous facilities. I would highly recommend to others.

Superbe appartement, idealement situé !

Accueil sympa par une voisine, appartement haut de gamme avec clim dans la chambre principale permettant en pleine canicule d avoir une temperature agreable dans tout l'appartement, situé à environ 5 minutes à pied des commerces du centre de Boulouris et de son marché, ainsi que des plages de la Tortue en moins de 10 minutes à pied : idéal avec enfant ! Et en plus, grande etrrasse avec vue pour organiser des BBQ ! Super !

Summier holiday in St-Raphael

We had a wonderful time in the appartment. Especcially the terras was great. From the early morning till late evening we had sun on the terras. The view was fantastic. We had a great time.
