“The house is perfect for a big group trying to visit New Orleans. Perfect distance from all the go to places. The amenities (specifically in the kitchen) aren’t ideal for an extended stay (I.e. no toaster, broken utensils, poor water pressure in sink), but the property is great for what it is. “Super well appointed. Plenty of space for 6 people, close enough to all the activities but far enough that it felt like we could truely decompress at the end of the night. There’s a trolly 3 blocks away but don’t count on using it, it was completely full every time we tried to- however it was spring break so that may have contributed to the crowdedness. “We booked the property for our daughters graduation weekend. Upon arrival at 3pm there were about 10 people furiously cleaning the property. Apparently the guests before us had a massive party. We were told over 200 people. So instead of a nice arrival we were stepping over vacume cleaners and guys repairing doors etc. They didn’t leave completely until 4:30 and we were left to fold the last batch of towels in the dryer. “We really enjoyed our stay in this historical compound, the staff was very friendly, beds were comfortable and all in all a nice place. The listing should make it a little clearer that your sharing common areas with other bookings within the compound. We stayed in the blue cottage and everyone enjoyed it. The homes are ver historical to the area, if you are expecting the Sheraton, it is not that, but we enjoyed the eclectic nature of it all.”

“This Property was nothing short of Amazing. The location couldnt have been any better. Perfectly situated, very clean and welcoming. The house has an indoor speaker system that runs through each floor so that music can be played/heard throughout its entirety. Outdoor pool area is gorgeous with ample room to enjoy some outside vibes. Only thing that i wish was different was the strict guest policy. But other than that, Amazing Stay and i will definitely be back”

“Our group of 7 adults enjoyed the property. It was about a 3 block walk to the St. Charles streetcar, so eliminated having to drive. The property itself was so fun, we felt we were staying in a funky museum.”

“We had a 20 year college roommate reunion and this property was perfect for the 6 of us. It had a fantastic layout, roof deck and a common pool area which was great to relax in. The neighbor hood is great as well and only a 5-10 minute cab into the French Quarter. I'd come back!”

“Noisy neighbors for our first three nights of our stay up until 2:00 am with screaming kids and party parents. Lots of street noise. We were not made aware that we were staying in an upstairs unit with a flight of very steep stairs. Kitchen was outfitted with dollar store knives and sheet pans. Bath towels were very thin except for three.”
