"I feel that the staff apart from those in charge of the kitchen at breakfast time lack a little kindness. I stayed from Thursday to Saturday and my room was not cleaned and when I asked upon arrival if I could check in at least 30 minutes before the response was a bit rude and with a resounding NO, when at first glance the hotel was completely empty at that time and the Person at the desk didn't even try to check if there were rooms available. They definitely need to improve, but I think it's just the staff."
