The best thing about this place, is his generous and thoughtful stocking up of FOOD, DRINKS, SNACKS, LIQUOR, and also in the bathroom, basic needs like Tylenol, cotton balls, bobby pins, hair ties, etc. Shampoo and Conditioner, soap, mouthwash. “Very nice. Beautiful neighborhood. Lists as Point Breeze but is also right at Shadyside and minutes to Squirrel Hill. 3 spacious bedrooms. Large modern kitchen with all amenities. Vaulted ceilings with plenty of light everywhere. Cool small rooftop deck. Onsite parking which is huge if you’re not familiar with Pittsburgh. Short walk to Bakery Square (restaurants) and Mellon Spray Park. Short drive to all other points of interest. ”

“The apartment is a wonderful combination of modern & the original carriage house motif. The location has a separate driveway so parking is off street. The apartment is incredibly well stocked including a kegerator and other liqours. Both the manager and owner are very personable and committed to making sure you have an excellent experience. Would stay there again without hesitation.”

“Kathy was very responsive and Brian even came to install a window A/C when the bedroom was getting up to 94 degrees despite the other A/C unit. We had access to the Carnegie Mellon Natural History Museum and the Pittsburgh zoo within 20 minute drives. All wonderful places for our 4yo to visit. Being able to have our dog with us was also wonderful. We would definitely return!”

“Train tracks are right behind the property and run in the evenings. Because there is a crossing close by the train blows its whistle. Our stay had a couple trains after midnight with whistles that woke us up each night”
