Breakfast was good and also didn’t close extremely early. However, something about the check in process was oddly awkward (to absolutely no fault of the staff). The building itself seemed odd—our room was in a hallway accessed by a fire door, and there was a giant puddle of either dried paint or some kind of powder outside the door. Overall, though, the experience was pretty good. Very friendly staff, seemed clean as I said, and it was a good location. The room service was never done before giving us the room. I found the unflushed human waste in the restroom. The AC unit was not working and it was freezing the whole night. Again we made them change our room, this time they told us on our face that they do not have any cleaned rooms , all rooms are same. This is the worst hotel room I have ever stayed. Please do not let people book this hotel. The only redeeming factor was the front desk staff were friendly. I stayed before and would rather stay elsewhere. They would be better off taking it down and putting up a new building and cost less , sitting on a 10,maybe 8in toilet height and then standing up very difficult for knee replacement people or hip replacements.
