The staff were attentive and friendly. It made all the difference. There was flooding in the area which knocked the power out—and that was how I arrived. However, the manager walked me to my room. I received my room keys,, and the room itself was comfortable. The power returned. Air conditioning worked. Bar staff were friendly and helpful. I had previously stayed there the year before. Parking was available and accessible.

Was a quick ride into the city Our room was had broken electrical outlets the bath room was gross the wall was falling apart near the cove base water from the shower ran down the cove base and got the carpet wet next to the bed however the complementary breakfast was really good

The furniture in our room was old and pealing. No bugs, but the bathroom light had brown water stains, the bed skirt had stains and between the bed and headboard very dirty. Someone pee’d in the entrance # 2 stairway . When I tried to explain this to the night guy he could not understand me. The pictures posted are not accurate. Breakfast was good.

This place was just ok. I was pleased the pool was clean and in working order, but otherwise there was a lot that was underwhelming. On our second day, our keys stopped working, and when I went to get new ones, had to wait a long while because lots of folks were checking in and some were returning to the desk because their assigned rooms were dirty or had people actively in them. Overall, kinda spooky vibes, understaffed, and under-cared-for.

The AC in room 254 did not they gave us a fan. The TV remote did not work, when my husband brought to the lady at the desks attention she just found some sitting around already open and handed them to us. She was rude. The hotel was very hot. Room was clean, thanks to the cleaning people.

The room was nice and the bathroom was very clean. The entire hotel was mostly clean aside from a couple band aids and wrappers in our room. There was a lot of loud noises from other rooms that kept us up. We also reserved a king bed and got a queen bed upon arrival because the king rooms were full.

Property was old n poorly maintained! It is close to the city, n in a quiet area. The placed smelled funky. The staff never ever made an attempt to clean the rooms over a 5 day period. Never emptied the trash. All people laid their trash outside their rooms n the cans outside, it all just piled up. No staff made any attempts to go thru the rooms to make the beds or exchange towels or even refill the tissue in the bathrooms. We got our own trash bags from the front staff! We got our own towels at the front desk n sometimes they didn't have enough of them. The rooms did have a fridge n microwave n a clothes iron. The TV worked ok. There was a pool, the water was ok, it wasn't dirty nor slimy n the chemical levels seemed fine but the pools enclosure is old n rather beat up looking. Everything about this hotel looked beat up. Most hotels keep fresh coffee available all the time, this place did not! B'fast was decent, diff type of eggs each day with a potatoes n gravy n biscuits n waffles. Only one waffle maker made lines very long wait, especially when u have kids waiting! Juice ran out often n wasn't refilled. The cafe area was kept clean, not spotless but clean. Lobby bathrooms were ehh! 1 nice lady saw my elderly dad n changed our rooms from the 2nd flr to a 1st flr near n exit dr! This was very nice of her! The parking area was safe we had no issues! Hotel was quiet, no loud ppl! The ac units in the rooms worked ehh! The rest of the pl was kept overly warm, we stayed in Aug!

Room was dirty stains on wall and hallways had trash everywhere and it was freezing in hallways. The breakfast was nasty . Our room key wasn't working for the first day we had get buzzed in every time we left. Staff was nice.
