“This house is wonderful! The short walk to the beach and the quiet neighborhood make it a perfect location. The house itself is immaculate and cozy. All instructions are perfectly clear and communication is flawless. I really can't think of anything to improve here. If we visit the Outer Banks in the future, this will be the first place we look!”

There were beach chairs, kayak and all the items that we didn’t have to bring. Retail and restaurant’s are in walking distance. There is a bar/ restaurant across the street. You do not hear the outside noise from within the house. We had a wonderful time in a lovely home.”

“We thought this home on Avon was the perfect spot for our family; just a short walk over the Dunes to the ocean and a not too busy beach. We walked to the Avon Fishing Pier, souvenir, coffee and ice cream shops and restaurants. The area and beach felt safe and it was very clean. There is a mix of rentals and homeowners in the immediate neighborhood. We were pleasantly surprised that the cottage seemed larger and more open than the online photos.
