“I drove 8 hours and wanted to check into the hotel about 3pm. The office was locked and they have a sign with a phone number to call. I called and the guy said he was on his way and just down the street. Called again 30 minutes later and he said he was almost there. I watched him and others walk out of one of the rooms and to the office. He couldn’t care less that I was there or had a reservation. I told him to cancel the reservation and I didn’t want to get charged, he agreed. The place looked……

“The rooms very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly and parking was easy. I would highly recommend this Best Western.”

“This property has not been well maintained . There was a hot shower and bed . But I wouldn’t stay there again .”
