“I booked this hotel after a failed attempt at one in Provo. We arrived after 11:30 and the front office was completely dark. There was a phone on the door with a number to call. The extension didn’t work and it just kept ringing and ringing. Luckily there was another phone number there for a gentleman. I called that And a gentleman answered that was in the house on the property. We replaced in the standalone two room cottage. I moved my car there and when I got out along with my small child, we……

“The hotel is AMAZING! You don’t even have to leave the property. They have several restaurants (along with room service), a huge outdoor area with fireplaces, a pool with a few large hot tubs, many spaces to just relax in the lobby area with games… and they have an awesome spa! We went off season, but once it cools down, there will be skiing too! And most of all… the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! Especially Christian! Thank you all so much! “Terrible. Wouldn’t stay the second night we booked. We cut our trip short. No mattress protector on the mattress, not even a fitted sheet, just a flat sheet, boogers all over the walls, frayed carpet with nails exposed where the carpet meets the hard floor. Holes in curtains, didn’t close all the way, only way to close th curtains was to use a hook that looked to be a broken part of the curtains, lacked sufficient hot water, poor lighting, broken furniture. It feel like we were in an apartment……

“Communication was terrible, honestly the place is really nice but the people in the room downstairs were really loud the view was of the seven eleven, the fees were more than the room cost per night and they have unrealistic cleaning expectations given the fees. ”

“This was the worst room I’ve ever stayed in. Located on the 2nd floor and a bar on the first floor. Super noisy until 2am. It sounded like we were sitting in the bar. It was ridiculous. And very much overpriced for that experience. This will be my last time staying here. The too And amenities were great but the noise was horrible. ”
