“We chose Richard's place both for the location and number of bedrooms. There was plenty of room for our large group with two bedrooms downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs. There are two hang out areas inside which are open to one another but far enough apart to hold seperate conversations. It is minutes from the San Mateo Bridge leading west and freeways leading east. We were just over half an hour away from South San Francisco, Half Moon Bay and the Tri-Valley, all of which were destinations……

“Minus all the bed frames being broken and there being no air conditioning or fans, the house itself is very nice, I just don’t feel like it’s “Vrbo” rental ready. There was a for sale sign infront of the house which explains the staged furniture feel! All the slats under the bed were either out of place or missing a few which made my kids describe their nights rest like sleeping on a camels back! ”

It's very spacious and comfortable. The common area is very open and inviting. The kitchen is big and has all the appliances you can imagine, even a popcorn maker. The main bedroom is huge!It's in a very quiet neighborhood with very friendly neighbors. We were also very delighted that it is a few short……

“My siblings and I stayed in this classic North Berkeley home for the weekend at the end of a Bay Area vacation. It is a quiet location with spacious living room/dining room area. The mattresses were comfortable. The house is convenient to shops and restaurants on Solano Avenue and the Berkeley Rose Garden. The street map provided by the owner was very helpful.”
