Property was in terrible conditions the staff was making out when I walked in then the girl was super rude. Wanted to charge me for another room because they dont have triple beds and they advertised they did. They don't have ac either.

Lo sentimos mucho. La agencia les rentó una habitación que no tenemos. Amablemente quisimos rentarles dos habitaciones en vez de la de 3 camas que la agencia les quiso rentar y que en realidad no hay… elCliente no las quiso. Se puso muy grosero con el personal del hotel. Aparte, habían reservado un cuarto por 5 personas y eran más de 10! Por lo tanto, no creo que el hotel tenga la culpa, más bien el cliente no respeto la cantidad de personas que habían dicho que eran, y la agencia no respeto el tipo de habitación que disponíamos en el hotel. El hotel no tiene aire acondicionado, y esto también la agencia tenía que advertirles. En ningun momento el hotel está vendiendo algo que no tiene…

The place was alright, although it did not have air conditioner, the maid would clean the room but would not leave clean towels nor toilet paper everyday she cleaned. We had to ask the receptionist every time we needed toilet paper included for each day as well as clean towels.

Average but people are nice
A good team of receptionnist, friendly and available but our room had not a climatisation for a weather around 35 degree. A lot of Wreck in around the stairway and it is a hotel next to Scrap dealer so a lot of noises during the morning. And finally there no surfer inside there are old people. But we are at 20 min by feet for the beach of waves and 5 min for the shops and the big beach !

affengeiles hotel. nahe am zentrum, mit den taxi collective alles gut erreichbar, dusche mit sehr wenig druck und das warmwasser musste man sich vorstellen, die tür wie auch das schloss zerfiel in die einzelteile. klimaanlage funktionierte und bett war super. Kurz: abendteuer pur und das echte mexico. sehr zu empfehlen

On line ther offer a lot, when you see the room was terrible too small for 3 persons, the beds too smal, bath room did not have curtain shower, everything was terrible, they tried to charge more for the room, finallly they did not, I will never ever come back to México over there is a lot of corruption.

Absolutely terrible stay
Booked 2 KING beds with air conditioner, got a single bed and a double bed, air conditioner doesn’t exist. The room was small and dark, really noisy, it was opposite with the reception, people going in an out all time. No respect for other guest. The manager charged me the whole price even he was not provided the room what I booked

Use esta opción ya que maneje desde centro oxaca y mi idea era solo descansar despues de un dia de playa antes de regresar ese mismo dia (osea que lonusaria solonunas horas) y no tuve empatia de los encargados que no me dejaron usar la habitacion antes, solo despues de las 3pm iba en compañia de un adulto mayor y regresariamos a oaxaca a las 6pm, por el trayecto y aunque reserve una habitación triple y en todo momento puse 3 adultos en la aplicación resulta que era habitación triple para 2 personas... y me hicieron cobro extra por dejar pasar 3 adultos por

Muy buen hotel
Excelente servicio y trato muy amable, no apoyaron en todo, en general hace falta un poco de limpieza, por ejemplo la tela mosquitera de la ventana estaba muy sucia, los mosaicos del baño algunos tienen puntos negros la regadera no estaba en tan buenas condiciones le haría falta un mantenimiento de limpieza, pero en general está muy bien, el wifi en la noche ya no alcanza para todas las pantallas del hotel,muy buena ubicación, lo recomiendo ampliamente

Las habitaciones son sencillas. Si no estás acostumbrado a viajar sin ciertos lujos como aire acondicionado, no lo recomiendo. El hotel está ubicado en una zona donde llegas a todas las playas y lugares, como el mercado o zicatela caminando. Recomendado para gente que le guste caminar. Las camas cómodas y limpias. Además hay cafetera y un microondas, donde puedes beber agua y calentar tu comida gratis en la recepción. Bonita experiencia.

El hotel es pequeño, aunque un poco descuidado y sucio, la recepción aveces no hay quien te de la llave hasta que llega alguien, tenia television pero la calidad de los canales era de un 25% no se veían bien, tiene un aire acondicionado inservible colgado en la pared, con relación a la limpieza fue buena solo 1 dia no lo hicieron de las 4 noches pase ahi, y dejaban 1 rollito de papel de baño para 4 personas el cual era insuficiente el tamaño de la habitacion es muy reducida para una habitacion doble ya que hay muy poco espacio entre una cosa y otra, muebles rotos, despachador de agua que tienen en la sala de espera de recepcion sucio, la habitacion es funcional con relacion al precio, la atencion al cliente es indiferente a veces no te hacen caso y no conocen el concepto de niños que maneja este sitio.

Es un poco diferente a cómo se muestra en imágenes. No tiene aire acondicionado solo ventiladores de techo. En relación al precio se podría decir que lo vale.

Estuve 5 dias, nunca cambiaron sabanas, el personal siempre estaba de malas, el internet era malo, no se veia ningun canal en la television, nunca hubo agua caliente, el ventilador no funcionaba al 100 y si pedias toallas limpias solo era si llevabas las sucias si no olvidalo. Muy mala experiencia no volveria a quedarme ahi.
