Clean room, nice location, everything as advertised. Host made a point to reach out a few times to ensure things were going well. One note, the No-see-ums were out in full force outside the room. Bring your deet. Nothing the host can control of course.

If you’re looking for a great place to stay with awesome hosts, this is the place!! Everything was perfect with this Condo, the beach was right there and we found 1000’s of beautiful shells and we didn't have to drive to popular beaches and pay per hour to shell hunt. The resort amenities were so convenient. Our host Paula saw to every need!! We’ll definitely be back!! A for this VRBO rental.

We had a great time at Sundial! The unit was clean, nicely decorated and close to the pool and beach. Paula was great to work with and very responsive. Our family of five (2 adults, 3 kids—ages 10,7,&4) were very comfortable in this unit. The unit had everything we needed—beach towels, sand toys, beach chairs and umbrella.

Perfect for families. Great location.

Great 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with a great location. The unit is stocked with everything from beach towels to beach chairs/toys/a cooler and shelling tools. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need for meals, snacks and storage. Parking is ample and easy. The pool is steps from this unit and the beach is just past that. The view from this unit is stunning—the pool and the ocean in one view! The ocean can be seen from the master bed/bedroom and the porch! So pretty. Sundial resort is 35-40 min from RSW airport with tons of grocery stores on the way for easy shopping. Paula was fabulous to do business with and we would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Wonderful Island Getaway

This is a beautiful property right on the beach, and the property manager is kind and communicative.The rooms are comfortable with a great view of the water, easy parking, and simple check in and out process. Cozy Condo with Great Hostess

Very Cozy and very nice furnishings. Rather than a small welcoming packet that gets you through a few days, owner provide pretty much everything needed for my month-long stay. Since elevator wasn't working, hostess also provided help with luggage...which is a big help for 4th floor unit.

Carefree Vacation

We were blessed to be among the first vacationers to stay in a beautifully remodeled condo at Sundial. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. The bed was very comfortable and there were enough pillows for both of us to sleep comfortably. We can’t wait to return and stay there again. The views were amazing!

Great condo on Sanibel

This beautiful two-bedroom condo was just perfect for my friend & I on our recent visit to Sanibel. It was very clean. Had all the amenities we needed. It was really nice to have beach towels available plus beach chairs, pool noodles, etc. The property owner was very helpful & she provided suggestions on restaurants. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Sanibel.

Perfect family beach stay

Paula's place at the Sundial was the ideal spot for our family's Labor Day weekend get away. The condo was clean and bright. We enjoyed being on the top floor for the views. The layout was simple but smart for its size. We had everything we needed for cooking and eating meals together at the large dining table which we really appreciated. We especially loved having use of the sand toys, beach chairs, and umbrellas! The Sundial's amenities were very accessible and everyone was super friendly. Paula's place was a wonderful place for our family to recreate and relax together. We hope to return soon!

Celebrating Milestone Birthdays

Four friends and I spent the week at the beach to celebrate our milestone birthdays this year! The unit was clean and well stocked when we arrived. We particularly appreciated having beach chairs and umbrellas provided! Both the pool and beach are within easy walking distance. Owner was very helpful and responsive.

Super cute condo, great location on private beach. Partial view of ocean, steps away from the pool and beach. Condo was fully equipped with everything you need. Owners were helpful with local restaurants and info. Great family vacation spot!
