"This has been one of the best properties I’ve stayed in many years. It had everything you could possibly need. There was plenty of space for everyone in our group of 11 adults in their late 20s. We hired the cook that made us breakfast two days and it was delicious. Something that was very nice to have were the golf cart, surf boards, and beach umbrellas and chairs.We will definitely come back to this property!!! "

"My family of 16, ages 7-80, enjoyed every minute of our stay. The house and grounds are beautiful, spacious and well cared for. When we had issues Jimmy was there to help. The beach is quiet, which we appreciate, and we loved being able to walk to a few restaurants nearby. All around wonderful experience had by everyone in our group. "

"Beautiful grounds and large kitchen with lots of counter space. We loved the new overlook to the ocean and easy access to walk to the beach. Rooms have AC and nice. Would recommend for large groups."

"We loved this house and even better the 2nd time. Fresh fruit and coffee on arrival was a nice touch. Leo stayed late and met us at 7:30pm to get checked in. The view and home amenities are top notch. We saw monkeys every day and the scarlet macaws flying down valley. Can’t wait to go back!! "

"This villa was a great location to explore Guanacaste. Very spacious, close to beach and several great restaurants, and close enough to Tamarindo to take advantage of all it has to offer (but far away enough away from the action to relax)."

"What can I say? The Palms is our happy place. This was our second time there (in a different unit) and we just love it. The location cannot be be. Literally a couple steps to the pool and then a couple more to the beach. It's so beautiful and so convenient. The staff is incredible taking care of everything and then some.We will be back and hope to stay in this beautiful unit again. "

"Beautiful villa and property grounds/pool with nice neighbors and reasonable walking distance to shops, store, beach, yoga with Alejandro at hotel in the area. Inside decor and amenities were soothing after travel and we cooked dinner and spent time indoors too due to pleasantness. Paradise!"
