This dreamlike luxury vacation home is characterized by its modern architectural style and beautiful residential location. The large garden with private pool provides pleasant cooling and lots of swimming fun on hot summer days. Right next to it is the great barbecue area overlooking the beaches of Santa Susanna, where a variety of water sports activities are offered such as diving, kayaking, snorkeling and sailing. The region is characterized by its beautiful landscape and excellent gastronomy. Leisure activities such as mountain biking, trekking, horseback riding and golf can also be practiced here. The house is very tastefully and comfortably furnished and in the luxurious kitchen with cooking island cooking is really fun. Enjoy a relaxing stay that will satisfy even the highest demands.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 20.00 per person, or bring their own. Up to one pet is allowed.
