Precisa melhorar o suporte e comunicação

Flat limpo e espaçoso, localização privilegiada e estacionamento incluido. Único meio de comunicação é o whatsapp, que travou e não hou mais resposta. Tive que pedir ajuda para um colega... não foi uma boa experiência

El sitio y el apartamento es perfecto, pero el servicio al cliente tiene oportunidades de mejora. Estaba haciendo mucho frío y no fue posible que me dieran otra cobija. No hay un sitio donde guardar el equipaje si debes salir temprano del apto. La nevera no funciona a solo el congelador y como no lo sabía compré cosas que después no pude guardar.

Falta de internet prejudicou a estadia

O apartamento é muito bom e confortável, estava limpo e adequadamente equipado. Ocorre que a internet não estava funcionando, fato que prejudicou sensivelmente a experiência. A estadia iniciou-se numa quinta-feira e terminou num domingo. Entrei em contato com a Charlie para relatar o problema da internet logo que fiz o check-in, fui bem atendido, mas a internet retornou apenas quando estava fazendo check-out. Contava com a internet para fazer uma reunião de trabalho, que acabou sendo realizada através do 5G do meu celular. No mais, sugiro que os saca-rolhas sejam substituídos, pois ambos estavam sem condições adequadas de uso.

Conforto com muito barulho

O quarto é muito bom, com bastante conforto, assim como o banheiro, o único problema é que as janelas não tem isolamento acústico, e com isso o barulho das vias em frente fica muito incomodo, o que impacta diretamente no conforto. Além disso, não foi feito meu registro facial em nenhum momento, com isso, sempre tinha dificuldade no acesso ao prédio

Localização excelente. Funcionários educados e atenciosos. Comunicação fácil. Somente o porta toalhas do banheiro, na lateral da pia, estava com os parafusos soltos e não foi possível usá-lo.

Confortável.. espaçoso.. academia e vista maraaaaa

O melhor apto/Loft que fiquei até então em SP, cama confortável, ducha impecável, ambiente espaçoso, e limpo, bem completo e uma vista maravilhosa. Haaa a academia é muito ampla e completa, top top top .. e a piscina nem se fala! Localização ótima e condomínio bem seguro.

Muito sensacional!

Foi uma experiência que Excedeu minhas expectativas. O prédio é absurdamente bonito e o quarto é impecável. eu poderia ficar lá por semanas! As dificuldades que passei foram durante o check-in online, para mandar os documentos e selfie, e dentro do prédio, para receber comida do iFood e encontrar algumas outras coisas.

Manutenção

O Charlie Jockey é muito bom, quartos confortáveis, localização ótima e o projeto arquitetônico é excelente, porém deveria ter alguns cuidados de manutenção importantes, no banheiro a Cuba do lavatório estava entupida, os porta toalhas foram substituídos e os furos dos anteriores foram tapados com tampas redondas adesivas. O tecido do sofá tb estava manchado e nas áreas comuns falta manutenção, pintura e limpeza. Se não fossem estes detalhes eu classificaria o Charlie como excente, especialmente o custo/benefício.
