The property is new, but looks to have been finished in a hurry. A piece of tile was already coming up in the bathroom and the hot water went out the night we checked in and didn't get fixed until later the next morning.

Nice and clean rooms! Staff waa great and helpful. Be mindful of parking because the parking lot is full to the max.

Rude front staff; loose bathroom tiles
At checkin I was told that I didn’t have a reservation. The service person was patronizing and suggested that I had confused two hotels next to each other. Thankfully I saved the reservation confirmation on the phone and could prove that I did, in fact, have a reservation at this hotel. Inside the room, the tiles in the bathroom were so loose that my foot was pinched when I walked on it barefoot.

This is a very nice property. Just be sure when you reserve through Expedia that you get the room you desired. I thought I was getting a King suite but ended up with 2 queens and was told it could not be changed since I used Expedia to reserve.

Problem Checking in to Fairfield Inn and Suites
When checking in to the hotel. The hotel want me to pay each $30.00 a night after I had all ready pay for 4days by my card and had been charged. Then the hotel says the hotel.com transfer the money that I payed to another card from hotel.com. Then Fairfield Inn said that the card from hotel.com was not going through. So the front desk had to call he manager and they got everything taken care of. But it was 30 mint it took.

We checked in and one of the beds wasn’t made. The pillows were on the other bed and did not have pillow cases on them - we had to put them on the pillows. While in the shower, I discovered the shampoo and conditioner were both empty. My husband had to call the front desk to ask for more.

Clean and the staff did make sure I got an ADA shower. Great stay but they charged my card for an extra $111 and told me "if it don't fall off your account in 3 to 5 days, give us a call back'.
