Deep water boat slip available for fee. Property is located at mouth of Manatee River opening into the Tampa Bay and Gulf of Mexico. Only 10 minutes from shopping and entertainment. Emerson State park 1 mile away on island. Bradenton 10 minutes, Sarasota 20 minutes, St. Petersburg 30 minutes away.

Relaxing and low stress: Perfect
Ideal spot if you love peace and quiet, happy hour at a Tiki hut, and good conversation with hosts and guests. Walk to a quiet local preserve to get in your morning walk and see some wildlife. Very dog friendly. Already signed up for next year 😎😎

Teton Trailer near the water
The Teton trailer suited out travel adventure well. It was nearby to Bradenton, where we watched Spring Training baseball (Go Pirates!), and also near to Tampa/St. Pete, where we explored a bit. We loved the Tiki bar on site, and saw some great sunsets there and at the nearby Emerson Point Preserve.

A short walk to a great view up and down the Manatee River and a partial view of the river from the door of the trailer. We had a small dog and the entire property was very pet friendly. There were 3 other rentals on this large property and at least 2 had larger dogs. It’s very close to Emerson Point Preserve and the property is towards the far end of the main road so very little traffic. Owners made us feel very welcome.

We enjoyed our stay here. The camper was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The bed was really comfortable. Bev and Len were very nice and personable. They are in the middle of redoing their dock so we didn't get to spend much time there, but it was definitely a nice relaxing time!!

We decided to book a quick trip to FL at the last minute, everything this time of year was book, except I came across this 40 5th wheel trailer on a VRBO site. It was nice and allowed us to bring our Black Lab dog. The trailer could of used a good power washing on the outside but the inside was clean and accommodating for our 1 week stay. It is close to a wildlife preserve and the water and fishing dock. We enjoyed our stay and the land owner was very friendly.

We were not sure what to expect. Turned out to be a very enjoyable stay! The owners live in the home on the same lot. They are friendly inviting you to join them in their back uard which has a dock and a tiki bar (outside kitchen). Thank You Len & Bev...& Miley.

Nice place to play and work
We were looking for a place that was dog friendly that we could stay in the Bradenton area. The Teton camper worked out perfectly for the wife and I to stay for a couple weeks with our two dogs. There was plenty of room to take them outside. We also enjoyed the dock for a little weekend fishing and kayaking.
