120 m² renovated house with views of the Auvergne volcanoes. Located on the edge of the village, the first neighbors are about 100 m away, I am surrounded by meadows with beautiful salt cows looking at me.

Ground floor: Large living room with kitchenette and living room, large bedroom with 2 beds, one of 140 and one of 90. Shower room with shower and WC.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, including 1 bed of 120 and 2 beds of 140, a small baby bed with changing table. A bathroom and a WC.

Lovely Cottage! Excellent host!
Excellent host! This house is a French "gite" and is very spacious. We were there during a cold mid-May spell but the house is double glazed and with a great heating system. We loved the French farmhouse style kitchen/dining/lounge. The owner was very helpful with assisting us to contact a relative in France. She welcomed us into her home and let us use her telephone. There is no internet service in the house but it is available at a cafe less than 10 minutes away from the house. We enjoyed our stay in Cottage Puy I'Abbe, and would definitely stay there again. Gîte t’es agréable à Sauvat dans un environnement privilégié avec une t’es belle vue. Le gîte est bien équipé et très pratique. Un bon rapport qualité / prix !

Superbe gite
Tout a été parfait pour un séjour réussi : - Emplacement idéal, la tranquillité de la campagne tout en étant proche de la petite ville de Saignes où on trouve tout ce qu'il faut. - Propriétaire très sympathique qui tient à ce que nous passions un excellent séjour. - Gite confortable avec tout le confort nécessaire. Point positif pour les 2 salles d'eau et les 2 WC - Lits confortables avec draps fournis - Gite bien chauffé, eau chaude pour les douches En conclusion, c'est un gite que l'on recommande pour visiter cette belle région. Si nous avons l'occasion nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci à la propriétaire pour sa gentillesse.

Un séjour au calme
Notre petite famille a passé un séjour au calme dans cette belle maison, nos adolescents avaient chacun leur espace. Nous avons pu être au frais lors des fortes chaleurs et à bonne température lorsque le temps s'est rafraîchit. Bien situé pour accéder assez rapidement à de multiples activités.

Malgré le mauvais temps, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Merci, Raymond et Marie-Claude pour votre accueil. La maison est spacieuse avec de grandes chambres, un grand espace de vie et des espaces extérieurs bien entretenus. Les équipements (barbecue, électroménager), les lits confortables ainsi que la tranquillité des lieux étaient également très appréciables, un dépaysement total avec la vue sur les champs et les vaches, l'ambiance village avec notamment le son de l'église.

Jolie maison à l'ancienne dans un bel environnement.
Moment très agréable, dans une belle campagne où nous avons marché . Saignes est un bourg parfait pour ce genre de séjour.

bienvenue aux enfants
Grande maison bien équipée pour accueillir les bébés : lit, chaise haute, baignoire et table à langer, porte en bas de l'escalier pour empêcher les petits aventuriers qui voudraient s'aventurer tout seul à l'étage. Bien que la météo ne fût pas clémente durant nos 2 semaines de séjour, nous avons passé d'agréables vacances dans cette maison aux charmes anciens.
