“Our accommodation was thoughtfully equipped, with every detail beautifully considered. Stylish, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, it’s a wonderful place to relax — especially with the stunning views from Penhill.
Henry and Penny are exceptional hosts, full of great recommendations for walks, restaurants, and local history. A truly memorable stay that we’d highly recommend.”

“Easy check in at the bar, our room was small but fine for us, the only thing lacking is a mini fridge. The hosts and locals are great, friendly and down to earth people. The food is excellent and they serve well kept beers at a reasonable price. I would definately reccomend this place and we will stay again. 👍🇬🇧

“It was a cute little bolt hole. We are however tall & it’s very low ceilings and doors so had to duck everywhere. Reasonably well equipped. Very comfortable bed. Some cobwebs between beams & in windows which we used a duster to move those above the bed. The bushes by the main entrance could also do with a trim as encroach on the door way when passing through. Some teas, coffees, biscuits and fresh milk was a nice touch as well as the a little freezer with the fridge. Easy to park in little car……
