I was so lucky to get into a healing massage with Rebecca (she's the best!). It's such a stunning property within walking distance of great restaurants and galleries. "Workers were very polite and friendly. Room was nice and the A/C worked nicely during our stay in early July. Parking was easy and the spots are very close to access points to the rooms and stairwell. Only minor issues were some debris / vegetation floating around the back pool. In our room, there was a stain on the floor in front of the fridge, and a loose tile in the bathroom, middle of the floor in front of the toilet. The two glasses by the coffee pot were dirty, so we stuck with the paper cups. Minor maintenance / housecleaning issues for an otherwise great stay. We will return here on future visits to Phoenix."

"Beds were comfortable and location can’t be beat! Not the hotels control exactly but also no systems in place to prevent the rough housing on the slide after it closed at 8 pm. Never saw security do rounds there and witnessed kids climbing to top of slide multiple nights. "
