Welcome to The Riptides, a classic coastal getaway with seventy-five feet of ocean frontage and sweeping views where the Necanicum River meets the Pacific. Located in Seaside's coveted North Prom area, this pet-friendly beach house comfortably sleeps up to nine guests, making it the perfect setting for families, friends, and memory-making moments year-round.
Inside, you'll find cozy living spaces designed for connection — from the wood-burning fireplace and ocean-facing windows in the living room to the dining area with seating for nine and a highchair for little ones. The fully equipped kitchen makes mealtime a breeze, while two bedrooms on the main floor offer a queen bed with ocean views and a bunk room for the kids. Downstairs, a fun rec room with foosball and a spacious bunk room sleeping five adds even more flexibility, along with a second bathroom and private exterior entrance.
Outside, the partially enclosed wrap-around porch invites you to enjoy coastal breezes, rain or shine, with a picnic table, charcoal grill, and space to unwind after a day of exploring. Whether you're beachcombing, biking the Prom, or simply soaking in the view, The Riptides is your front-row seat to everything Seaside has to offer.
The rental space for this home include the main floor and the lower level. The top floor is a separate studio with its own private entrance that can be occupied at any time.
Per City Ordinance, occupancy cannot be exceeded at any time, that does include visitors stopping by. Children and infants count toward occupancy. All vehicles staying at or visiting a vacation rental in the city must park on the designated spaces on the property and not on the street.

This includes using an EPA certified disinfectant as our main surface cleaner throughout the home.

Minimum booking requirements are generally 2 days from September - June excluding holidays where there is a 4 day minimum.
The minimum age for renting is 25 years old.
