“Cute and cozy cottage in a great location, home had everything we needed. Very easy walk to restaurants and entire downtown boothbay harbor. Dog friendly home, and very dog friendly town! We enjoyed local trails and drinks on the water. No complaints!”

“We had a great stay at this place. The house is modern with a well-equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. There’s a terrific back deck that was perfect for enjoying our morning coffee and relaxing outside in the evenings. Location is good - a short walk to the Old Port but in a nice, more residential neighborhood with plenty of its own good restaurants. It’s also convenient to a lot of great running trails. We’d definitely stay here again. ”

“The property easily accommodates 4 adults and 2 kids under 10. Marty is friendly and he is responsive within a very, very short period of time for questions or concerns. The location is close to Popham beach, Totman beach and many other locations, including Sebago Resort (a 5 minute walk), Bath and Brunswick. It is a no-frills house, but extremely comfortable. Our family has stayed there for a week 2 years in a row and intend to return for 2 weeks next summer.”

“The house was lovely and well suited for our group of 11. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to make meals. We loved cooking and eating fresh lobster! My kids enjoyed having a tv in their own room. Bailey Island is an amazing place to explore - especially the Giant Stairs and walking to the water at different times of day. We also day tripped to Acadia, explored Boothbay Harbor, and loved Brunswick.”
