This Luxury Home is the perfect spot to mix an incredible place to stay with an incredible location. There is a downstairs unit that rents separately but has NO SHARED SPACE. You will never see the downstairs guests and you have your own private hot tub, fire pit, deck, outdoor dining, and everything else. The downstairs unit also has all of those amenities separately so you will not be sharing anything with them. A few things that set this place apart are the 10` Cariloha mattresses and the luxury Cariloha sheets. There isn`t an uncomfortable bed in the entire home. Even the trundle has 8` Cariloha mattresses. The grill and fire pit run on natural gas so you don`t have to worry about running out of propane. The toilets have LUXURY heated seats and hot water bidets installed. There are mood lights set up in the living room to enhance the vibe.
You’ll be in the main house off the main driveway. Turn in to the left and you’ll see the parking sigs and two doors into the main house. Left door is to room #3 and right door is to the main house! You can access everything on this main level. The outdoor steps that go down lead to the basement which is completely separate with no shared space. We are in the Heart of Uptown. Walking distance to uptown strip, trails, restaurants, bars, etc.
The city has a noise and light ordinance so you can enjoy the dark quiet nights for stargazing almost anywhere
Short walks or drives to the best Sedona has to offer. Parking can be limited in uptown so get your walking shoes on and explore Uptown
Road Construction Update:
5/2/25: The road is now paved, and there is no more dirt path or tractors on the way to the home. Road work is fully complete by this home and is now only up the road.
The hot tub is serviced on Mondays and the maintenance crew has to enter through the home
