Spectacular!

This home is absolutely spectacular! It has amazing views from just about every room.The home is also in a fabulous location. It is in an upscale, quiet neighborhood. We were able to walk to trailheads, such as the Cathedral Rock trailhead from the house. The hosts also provided parking passes for access to trailheads all over Sedona.The kitchen was well-appointed and all the furniture was comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the deck at sunrise and sunset, and the hosts had blankets for us to use.Susan is a very responsive host — although the house was perfect and we needed nothing during our stay. Prior to our stay, Susan sent us a guide which was full of great information from a local perspective. My family really enjoyed Sedona. We went on amazing hikes and had fabulous food. But my family’s favorite part of the trip was the house! Thank you, Susan, for sharing your home with us!

Beautiful Location!

We were only in Arizona for business for a few days and wanted a location that would allow us to maximize our opportunities. This home was perfect! We had amazing views from all the windows and the deck. The location is near the best hiking spots, and we were close enough to wake up early to go watch the sunrise at the Grand Canyon.

Stunning views

I don’t even know where to begin! From the time I booked our stay, Susan was incredible!! So I don’t know why I would have expected our stay to be anything less! She was so attentive! When we arrived at the house, I really didn’t expect what we were going to walk into…but it was a slice of heaven!!! The views were nothing short of phenomenal!! The house had every amenity you could imagine and/or want in a vacation rental! She helped us get into Seven Canyons Golf Club which was…WOW!!!!! She also recommended dinner for my husband’s 60th at Mariposa which was also incredible. I don’t have one thing I think could have been different or better! It was perfection!!! Thank you for making our trip one of the most memorable family vacations we have ever had!

One-of-a-kind property!

WOW! Words cannot describe what an incredible property this is. Spectacular views from EVERY window in the house, even the master bathroom toilet! 😂 Also PLENTY of space to spread out. My 2 tweens especially appreciated having separate rooms for their privacy. The hot tub with views of the rock formations during the day and the stars at night was also a nice treat! Susan was an especially gracious host, responding to our questions almost instantaneously and preparing one of the most thoughtful and put-together guidebooks for the house that I've ever seen. What an incredible stay!

Over the Top Awesome

I have used VRBO many times for trips. I have never had a place so exceed even the wonderful photos for this place. It is so exceeds what we expected both in terms of the views and location. Because of its facing we had sunrise and sunset views. The hot tub was perfectly clean and had incredible views. The host was so helpful with hiking suggestions, restaurant suggestions and much more. I will also add that it is so perfectly located that many of the best hikes are at walking distance.

Majestic

Views were amazing. Home was clean and comfortable. We were looking for a place that was peaceful so that after daily activities we could come back and relax. Early in the mornings we had our coffee out on the deck and watched the deer roaming below. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for beautiful views and a peaceful retreat.

Perfect spot to explore Sedona

My wife and I stayed at this beautiful property with our two adult children. It was such a wonderful home to return to after exploring Sedona each day. The views truly are unbelievably, and cant even be captured with a photo. Its just stunning looking out from the fantastic deck to some of the best sights in Sedona. If you are lucky enough to stay at this lovely home, you will definitely not be disappointed. We LOVED it!

Amazing Property and location

This house is even better in person than the pictures online. The house was immaculate, and there was so much room for our family. The views to the chapel on the hill were spectacular. We ended up walking there because we were so close and there was no parking available. We were centrally located to everything, but in a nice area that avoided most of the Sedona traffic. I would rent again in a heartbeat.

Perfection!

This house is AMAZING! It also has AWESOME views from every room. It is clean and very well furnished. Kitchen had everything you would need to cook whatever you want. The deck is perfect. We hiked a little bit down below the house and there were 3 deer down there! We also drove to Page and did an Antelope Canyon tour which was incredible and well worth the drive.

The house was absolutely beautiful. The views were stunning and location was great. Very close to Chapel of the Holy Cross. Just south of downtown Sedona so no traffic issues and a quick drive to Village of Oak Creek for groceries. The house was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The balcony at the house was amazing. We really enjoyed our time out there. It was really a nice bonus to have the hot tub and even white fluffy robes to keep us warm. The three bedrooms were nicely spaced apart, so everyone could have privacy. The house was very clean and comfortable. We felt so lucky to be there. The host was very responsive for anything we needed and was quick to respond when I asked some questions prior to arrival.

Beautiful and comfortable !

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was the perfect place to relax while enjoying the festivities our son’s wedding. Two minor things were missing that we had to run and pick up…Kleenex and cream rinse. Would recommend providing that.

Fantastic Place with Unforgettable Views

Wow, the views were spectacular from this property! The deck was fantastic and we really enjoyed the hot tub. Property is kept in great condition with everything working. The only thing that some folks should know is that there are no darkening window coverings on the 2 master bedroom windows. Unfortunately, the sun came in very early and sleeping late is not an option in those 2 rooms. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this vacation rental, especially for early risers.

The views from this property are unparalleled! Large outdoor deck with great views. Convenient to Sedona but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. Easy walk to wonderful trails.
