“We came to Madeira Beach for a fishing excursion. Since there were seven of us, we needed a nice place to stay that was close to the Marina. We selected this property because it could accommodate the sleeping needs of the group. It looked clean and well maintained. The pool was a plus and the outdoor grill was a nice touch. “This home was perfect for our group! Plenty of space, and parking to host 14 people with a very beautiful backyard and the pool was nice and warm!! Kitchen has all you need, plenty of linens and towels not to mention the beach is very close to the home. The host also responds quickly if you have any questions. I have no complaints and it was exactly what we needed!”

“This was a great property. The property manager was in communication throughout the process, but not in an annoying way. The house was very clean and had an awesome backyard for the pups. About a half hour to downtown St. Pete. The Pinellas Trail is at the end of the street. I’ll definitely stay here again any time I’m in the St. Pete area.”

“This was a very lovely home. It was spacious enough for all our guest. All the rooms, and baths were very nice, and clean. Location was great. Seemed pretty close to all the places we planned to visit including Clearwater Beach. Highly recommend this home to anyone with a large group. *Only suggestion I might add is that the dishware be better cleaned as leftover food was found on several plates. Overall this was an absolute beautiful home and the lay out was perferct.”
