“Stayed 3 nights with one adult and two children. Overall the stay was okay. The location is within walking distance to John’s Pass, shops, activities, and the beach area which is a plus. Nice view of the docks and boats. There were a few minor flaws that were mentioned to the host such as the air bed deflating, semi- transparent curtain at the front door, loose screws on chairs, and a few bugs that were noted during our stay. “Of all the VRBOs we have stayed in, our hosts here were the BEST communicators we have ever experienced! They replied quickly, were helpful, even offered an early check-in and late check-out! We asked for two larger beach chairs and they were on our doorstep within hours! The Pelican #5 had two A/C units which made both the bedroom and living area comfortable. Everything was very clean. “We stayed in this lovely unit with a beautiful view of the marina for 3nt. We crossed the street to the beach and it was big, just a few people & was gorgeous! Check-in was easy, staff were kind & the unit was comfortable. Kristin was quick to respond and we had no issues. We would recommend this to anyone looking for lodging on St Pete’s. And don’t miss Doc Fords on Bay Pines Blvd in St Petersburg, it quickly became our favorite place to eat!”
