"I chose Eco Suites because of the good ratings but our experience really wasn't great. One employee (a russian guy?) was actually helpful, while the others gave us contradicting information to just weren't helpful at all. For instance, when we asked how to do laundry we were first told to come back at 9 pm (!!!) and when we checked again the helpful guy assisted us instantly and also gave us big shower towels. Originally we were just provided small hand-towels and the other staff was reluctant...

"So, we chose this because it had really great reviews from about 4 people, but I’m not sure why! It is called a ‘resort’ but it’s not. It’s a dated Korean pension that had a tiny pool by a pizza restaurant. We arrived and the female owner was just really rude to us for most of our stay, so we just felt like we were constantly tiptoeing around and trying to avoid her. I don’t think she liked westerners. The rooms were quite run down and not that clean and we didn’t even have any drinking...

"If you’re looking for a nice and quiet stay with a view, this is it. You can walk 5 mins to the seafront and enjoy the view. Within 10mins of walking, there are also a couple of dining option and convenience stores. Hot water is available for shower but needs to be set. "

"When I arrived around 1:30pm, there was no one in the lobby, we had to go to the family home in the back to yell for a person to come to the desk. The room looked ok at first, but the TV is very small, and many issues were discovered that made me leave for the nextdoor hotel after the first night of my 3 night trip. The AC unit and the shower head were covered in black mold, I cleaned the shower head myself just to feel somewhat less gross with it. The shower also had terrible water pressure...

"Ample parking space & nice surrounding. There was no microwave or electric teapot in the room, but free coffee and a microwave are available near the front desk. Apt quite well maintained. Wish we can stay another night. "

"Nice property very clean but for a western traveler the rooms were very compact for a studio. The kitchen and bathroom could benefit from having a fan. This place is more suitable for locals who are use to this type of style."

"Good and in a calm location. The front Sea is about 5 min walking down. The good beach is about 35 minutes walking distance. The hotel manager/owner (Kang) although friendly couldn’t speak English. IT’s recommended that you use google translator app when talking with Kang. "

"Owner was so nice to us even we checked in a bit late. The breakfast was fantastic and creative disc serve to your room. Surroundings you can walk to the coast and enjoy beautiful sunrise. Parking is easy and closer to all rooms and you just carry your luggages to your room in few steps. Even Room is not new but believe me it’s really clean and large. Water pressure also great."

"This place is very difficult to find. The phone number on hotels.com is not registered with the address, so it will be difficult to locate even when using GPS. By public bus, I think the bus only operates twice a day and probably does not operate on Sundays. it is just a waste that such a wonderful experience was hampered by the difficulty to look for the location. "We really enjoyed our time at Stay in Jeju Hotel. Beautiful scenery that was pleasant after spending a week in busy Seoul and Busan. The breakfast options were both amazing. Overall, really great experience and highly recommend it to those who want to stay away from busy area and just enjoy a relaxing time while enjoying the view. "
