Front desk people were very nice and helpful. Helped me with the little machine to get my room card and check out was very simple. Provided breakfast, which I wasn’t expecting but it was really delicious. Clean room, room slippers, shower shoes, lots of available amenities like towels, lotion, soap. Air conditioner worked really well.

Bad choice😡😡
Bedroom smells terrible - sewer smell & sheets were not changed . Breakfast - dining room was not very clean. Front desk person was not pleasant to the customer. I am telling people I l know “PLEASE DO NOT GO SANGJU HOTEL.”

The Sangju staff were courteous and very helpful during my 3 day stay. I was very pleased with the property, proximity to nightlife fanfare, and Lotte World Tower and Amusement Park.

This property does not understand English very well. It is not a hotel, it is more like a motel. I would recommend any other hotel than here

A nice new hotel in Jamsil area. Lots of restaurants nearby and the subway stations are 1-2 blocks away. Best for travellers who need to go to Sports complex or Olympic Park for concerts and/or events.

Close to subway, shopping malls, eatery, etc.
Hotel was good enough that you have a decent place to stay and sleep over night while you're visiting Korea. Overall pros are - great location, great price, friendly staff, lots of stuff nearby (Lotte Tower, Subway Stns, etc). Overall cons are - sound proofing is horrible (you have two doors to your suite and you can still hear the hallway) and the rooms are VERY small. There is no laundry option available so plan accordingly (they use 3rd party to provide this service which is very expensive).

Great location and value for money for single travellers. Breakfast was surprisingly good. Staff tries hard and can speak enough English to be effective. Would definitely stay again.

Great hotel in wonderful location. The room were very clean, modern, quiet and comfortable. Service overall is excellent. Friendly and helpful English-speaking staff. Great place, best location, perfect staff. loved it I would stay here again

가성비 꽝인 호텔이였어요.
1박에 이 가격주고는 다시 안가고 싶은 숙소였어요. 프론트 직원분은 매우 친절했고, 조식은 메뉴 종류는 별로 없었지만 먹을 만 했어요. 싸이트에 있던 이미지 사진과는 전혀 다른 방을 배정 받아서 기분이 안좋았어요. 오래된 모텔을 개조한 것처럼 욕실도 이상했고, 아이 포함해서 3인 가족 검색했는데 캐리어 놔둘 장소 조차도 협소했어요.

シャワーの圧力もしっかりして、排水もスムーズで水回りはしっかりしてました。 スタッフも愛想が良く、皆さん人柄が良い感じでした。コンビニ も近くにあり、繁華街なのか飲食店も豊富です。 ロッテワールドには徒歩で15分くらいで着きました。

솔짇 후기입니다.
내부시설은 생각보다 낙후 되어있었어요. 자다가 모기 3마리 잡으면서 잠도 설쳤네요. 내부 화장실 유리문은 빡빡해서 열기도 힘들고 소리도 시끄럽고, 금이 가서 임시로 붙여놓은 작은 욕조는 족욕탕인지 애매모한 사이즈였네요. 아침 조식은 종류가 생각보다 많았고 남자직원들은 대체로 친절하였습니다.
