A 7 minutes from Pont du Gard, this contemporary villa, air conditioning, ground floor, facing south, built in 2012 on the heights of Sernhac, that will bring happiness with breathtaking views and climate. From the inside, this bright room of 60m2 life, with its windows overlooking on one side to a panoramic view and the other on a terrace with 8x4m pool, bring you peace and pleasure. Excellent property
The house is lovely -very well equipped, modern decor (which we like), lovely pool and very peaceful. A good location for many other places - Nimes, Arles, the coast etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.

Spectacular view
This beautiful house is in an ancient town, but it is totally modern. Very spacious with a large deck to enjoy the view. Not more than an hour from anywhere you might want to visit. Get your groceries in Beaucaire, about a 20 minute drive. There are smaller stores closer, but Beaucaire Carrefour is huge and has everything. Remoulin is about 7 minutes with lots of restaurants. The pizza in Sernhac is great and very friendly. Enjoy.

Lovely property , very clean and well laid out . Although February it was lovely and warm and had every thing one needed Great for exploring the area , excellent for bike rides on and off paths , can bike for miles safely . Would love to return in spring/summer .

Lovely House
This house is very well furnished, decorated and equipped. Spotlessly clean, comfortable and everything needed was available, even a champagne stopper! The pool was perfect for the hot days during our stay. For outings it is well located to visit places such as the Pont du Gard, Avignon, Uzes, Nimes etc. The very good bakery is located a short walk from the house and for a great pizza the cafe/bar, also a short walk away. We would definitely return to this house.

The owners have done everything to make us feel good: new, soft and clean bed sheets and towels; wifi speed, tvs in the bed rooms; garden furniture; barbecues, ... The terrace and the garden are very pleasant and sunny.

Grest villa in a great location
We really enjoyed staying here. The pictures give a good sense of the villa. The balcony is lovely and has great views while there is plenty of space inside with very effective air con. We enjoyed cooking. The pool is not large but fine for us in terms of swimming and splashing around. Sernhac also needs emphasising. The bakery is excellent: very fresh croissants in the morning - had to go back a couple of times while things came out of the oven. The pizzeria is good and functions as a bar. I thought it was a really charming place for a stay. But most of all we enjoyed lounging around, reading and relaxing in the sun.

A perfect stay
We have had a wonderful week in this lovely property. It was very comfortable and peaceful so we have really relaxed. The house is decorated with taste and furnished with all you could need. We instantly felt at home there. We enjoyed the pool and all the outside areas too which were not overlooked and were very tranquil. We loved the village which is charming with meandering little streets and a great bakers run by a lovely couple. The baguette "lilou" they make was our favourite but the viennoiseries were all good too. We enjoyed the walk through the garrigue to St Bonnet and kayaking on the Cèze but the house is so well situated you are spoilt for choice with places to go. Alysson made us very welcome and the house was spotless. We are very sad to leave.

Modern, well equipped spacious property with panoramic views, in a beautiful traditional village.
We loved the property and the situation. The village is delightful and as a bonus,despsite not being listed in google, had its own bakery. Fresh croissants every day ! We also found a very nice restaurant, a few hundred yards walking distance in a local hotel, which was a perfect setting for outdoor dining with very friendly owners. The property was clean, well fitted out & decorated etc. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could need if, like us, you still want to cook on holiday. Wer eine gute Mischung aus Erholung und Unternehmung sucht, wird sich an diesem Ort sehr wohlfühlen. Das schön gelegene und sehr komfortabel ausgestattete Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Besonders der Pool ist ein Genuss. Bei Fragen und Wünschen waren Roland und Alyson sofort zur Stelle. Der ideale Ort für einen Urlaub im Dreieck Avignon - Nimes- Arles.

Das perfekte Feriendomizil für einen Traumurlaub
Nachdem bereits im Vorfeld zu unserer Reise die Kommunikation mit Brigitte überaus freundlich war, hat uns auch unser Bauchgefühl nicht getäuscht: Dieses wunderschöne Haus ist die perfekte Basis für einen traumhaften Urlaub. Die Ankunft war unkompliziert mit Allison organisiert und wir wurden herzlich von ihr empfangen. Erwartet hat uns ein sehr sauberes Haus, welches keine Wünsche offen lässt, angefangen mit der liebevollen Einrichtung, der umfangreichen Ausstattung bis hin zu einem gepflegten Pool und dem herrlichen Außenbereich; nicht zu vergessen der atemberaubende Ausblick. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt, um zum einen Ruhe zu genießen, aber zum anderen auch viele Möglichkeiten hat, im Umland spannende Ausflüge zu machen. Wir werden lange und gerne an die schöne Zeit in Sernhac zurückdenken!

Sehr schönes Haus
Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten Aufenthalt, wer gerne selber kocht- die Küche ist top ausgestattet - ist hier genau richtig. Wer Trubel sucht und zu Fuß Restaurants und Bars erreichen möchte oder einkaufen, ist hier vielleicht nicht ganz richtig aufgehoben. Hat keine externen Gäste zum Essen wegen Auslastung angenommen, aber für uns war es okay zu fahren oder einfach zu relaxen und selbst zu kochen. Ausflüge sind von hier aus super zu starten. Wir haben uns hauptsächlich am Pool entspannt- genau das, was wir gewollt haben und das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet!

Tolles Haus in wunderbarer Umgebung (grandioser Ausblick!)

ein wunderschönes Haus
Das Haus ist ausgesprochen liebevoll und hochwertig ausgestattet. Jedes Zimmer ist mit speziellen Dekoobjekten besonders gestaltet, die Badezimmer waren sauber und gepflegt. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, bei Nachfragen wurde geholfen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Une très bonne adresse à retenir dans une bien belle région.
La maison spacieuse moderne comme neuve avec un équipement plus que complet. Une vue imprenable sur cette belle et attachante région. Il ne faut pas trop en parler car tout le monde va se jeter dessus. Organisation, contact, rien à redire. SUPER!!!

Prima verblijf
Prima ruime woning. De bedden en douches waren uitstekend (en dat ervaar ik niet vaak op vakantie!). Keuken is ook voorzien van alle benodigdheden. Communicatie met eigenaresse Brigitte en het dagelijkse aanspreekpunt Alyson was ook prima. Internetverbinding functioneerde helaas niet altijd (probleem met de infrastructuur van de provider door de regen). De airco/verwarming functioneert prima, maar die moet wel uit als je gaat slapen omdat die wel veel geluid produceert. Nu hebben wij geen verwarming 's nachts nodig dus dat was geen probleem. Samengevat: prima villa en prima communicatie met Brigitte en Alyson, waar we probleemloos nog een keer zouden kunnen verblijven.
