“This hotel was very difficult to find the entrance for. The Google Maps need to be corrected before someone has a wreck. The room was clean, hotel new, beds excellent. The hot water was not hot it wasn’t even luke warm on the fourth floor, I couldn’t run it for five minutes before it went cold. Everything was fine except the water which was very disappointing. If you like great beds and a cold shower this is the place for you. ”

“Staff was very nice. Room keys did not work but was later fixed the following day. Room did not have towels after turn down. Towels had stains on them. ”

“Our room was clean and roomy. Hot tub was not working, we were not notified ahead of time, and there was NO plan to fix it or to compensate us in any way. ”

“Check in was a breeze! They made it so welcoming and offered to help bring bags in etc. super friendly and made sure I didn’t need recommendations/was familiar with the town. Will stay again and highly recommend. ”

“Check in agent friendly and informed. Room clean and well equipped. Enjoyed the plentiful closets. Breakfast is”continental” so not as plentiful as a “full”. Parking for a vehicle pulling a motorcycle trailer available and spacious. Would recommend this location!”

“To visit the caverns, we have to choose a hotel in Carlsbad. There was not much options out there. Everything was OK here, with an unfair price though. However I would assume there hardly is a better option around this area.”
