“Conveniently located within 3 minute walk of Walmart. Access to property from Canal St slightly difficult but overall easy to access. Leaving property is difficult due to one access point which leads to two main road connections. Both enter Canal st which is extremely busy. Property itself is overall a clean place, quiet, with very friendly staff.”

“The evening stuff was great the morning staff was bad I complainer because my son got bite by I would believe to be bed bugs while he was asleep I went to tell front desk he was very rude about it saying he had no nothing to do with that so I had to go to the store by big trash bags to wash all our stuff in extremely hot water and put it in a very hot dryer to hopefully not get them at my house ”

“To visit the caverns, we have to choose a hotel in Carlsbad. There was not much options out there. Everything was OK here, with an unfair price though. However I would assume there hardly is a better option around this area.”

“The staff was friendly. The room was clean and recently remodeled, but there was a hole in the bathroom wall and the TV didn't work. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were small. Breakfast was decent. It was an impromptu place to stay to get to Carlsbad Cavern early the next morning. I wouldn't want to spend more than a night there ”

“Staff was very nice. Room keys did not work but was later fixed the following day. Room did not have towels after turn down. Towels had stains on them. ”

“The room was FILTHY. There were press on finger nails underneath the pull out couch along with Burger King wrapper trash. Underneath the bed closest to the air conditioner was an empty Taco Bell cup. Inside one of the cabinets was a cut up straw with residue on it, hopefully wasn’t drug related as we reserved this for my son’s 10th birthday from Alamogordo to have a fishing/cavern excursion. We were in room 302, the family above us on the 4th floor was stomping around day & mostly night time……
