“Many maintenance issues inside the room (damaged walls, very little hot water, tub facet leaks, the AC rattles loudly so we needed to wear ear plugs, door knob sticks so it was very difficult coming and going from the room). ”

“Feel unsafe ”

“The fact the pool and hot tub were out of order, upsets me greatly. My number 1 reason I book a Hotel is that they have a hot tub. Arriving and finding out it was out of commission greatly upset me, this being the 3rd hotel in a row with the hot tub down. I was very upset, the clerk said I could not cancel without paying the $140. (Expedia rules). looked for another hotel in town with a hot tub there were no others. I really, very strongly believe it was shut down to save a dime. ”

“Check in agent friendly and informed. Room clean and well equipped. Enjoyed the plentiful closets. Breakfast is”continental” so not as plentiful as a “full”. Parking for a vehicle pulling a motorcycle trailer available and spacious. Would recommend this location!”

“To visit the caverns, we have to choose a hotel in Carlsbad. There was not much options out there. Everything was OK here, with an unfair price though. However I would assume there hardly is a better option around this area.”
