“Lovely warm welcome on arrival. All staff extremely smiley and helpful. Lovely big room with coffee maker, hairdryer, desk fan. Milk, biscuits, caramel wafers and tunnocks tea cakes to help yourself to on each floor in the corridors. Breakfast was served by lovely young members of staff, nothing was too much trouble. Ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was lovely. All in all a very pleasurable stay and we will definitely return”

“We came for a short stay to watch the snooker. Hotel was great, perfect location with easy access to local amenities. Staff friendly and attentive. Hotel clean, lovley bar and although we didn’t eat in the hotel the food we saw being served up looked very good indeed. We will 100% come back to Sheffield, great place that it is and we will 100% stay at the Leonardo! ”

“No shower gel or soap in the bathroom. House keeping should check on the bottles of gel everyday. Room service was ok, but I won’t come back. I phoned front desk and house keeping numbers for several minutes and no one ever answer. Poor service ! ”
