"Excellent customer service and engagement! There was only one mildly negative thing to mention, is that the fitness room was external to the hotel. You hve to go outside to the pool to go to the fitness room. That was little concerning from a safety perspective. But as I overall, a nice hotel and experience. "

Our only issue was the bedding- the mattress ad was cheap and kept coming off the bed - there was no fitted sheet to keep everything in place- only thing that failed to meet our expectations"
