“Very happy with the siesta key beach villas. Was setup beautifully, beach towels provided, had a hot pad for cooking and utensils, pans, and dishes with silver ware. Was Microwave and Kcups. Everything was provided towels, dish soap, etc. They beach chairs for each of us, a wagon and a cooler. They had bikes as well. They had 3 outside hammocks, corn hole and connect four. A beautiful pool. And just a short walk to a beautiful beach. We would differently stay here again. So if we plan another……

“Comfortable and quaint house. It felt homey upon entry. One block walk to paradise and its sunsets. I would recommend this little get away. The only downside would be it could use a good thorough cleaning. Washing floors, and a good dusting. But overall and perfect stay. ”

“Everything was wonderful from start to finish!! We love the location on Siesta key beach! We stayed in a spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa with a nice terrace. The villas are absolutely beautiful with everything you can imagine. Top of the line everything in the kitchen and baths. Nespresso machine, blender... added to the enjoyment. Shampoo, cond & body wash in each shower, and small tubes of lotions available; basic kitchen supplies and laundry detergent. The property is small with only……

“Unfortunately it rained 100% of the time we were there. Apartment is comfortable.Cieling fan was not working but I feel it just needs a battery. It's an easy walk to nearby restaurants.”

“The Mermaid was perfect for us; clean, well equipped, great location to Siesta Key Beach (4-5 minute walk), heated pool, they supply beach chairs - umbrella - beach towels - wagon. It had everything you need. The Siesta Key Island Rental team were outstanding to deal with, from start to finish their communication was perfect. We will be back! ”
