Enjoy an amazing stay at "Beyer Beach House," a spacious mid-century bungalow with 9 foot privacy fence surrounding the nearly double-wide lot, large pool and RESORT-SIZED deck featuring new Tropitone furniture. Here, you can relax in quiet comfort while taking in the Florida sun on the pool deck or front outdoor seating area. Or enjoy cooler fresh-air comfort in the OVERSIZED covered/screened veranda or on the covered sitting areas outside EACH of the THREE bedrooms.

Siesta Key is conveniently located to major Florida Attractions and airports: Orlando/Disney or Naples/Cape Coral 2 hours, Tampa/Busch Gardens or Fort Myers Int’l Airport 1.25 hrs, Punta Gorda Airport 50 minutes. Sarasota/Bradenton Int'l Airport 30 minutes, Downtown/Sarasota Memorial Hospital 10 to15 minutes.

POOL HEATER: --- NO CHARGE when on at heat setting of 72-75 degrees.
$25 Daily fee applies for higher heat setting (up to 85 degrees) or if ON at all during summer months (June 1 thru Sept 30)

PETS: One medium-sized dog. NO CATS.

Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds

Take out the trash

Turn off the lights and return the keys

T/O fee includes Drying ONE LOAD (6 towels) and Wash/Dry ONE LOAD (three sets) of sheets. Start load of towels (6 p) at check out. All other linens used should be left CLEAN & FOLDED in laundry room

Food can remain in fridge/freezer and will be disposed of during TurnOver. Bowls etc used for storage should be emptied and placed in DW

If you relocate furniture during your stay, please return it to its original location.
