The hotel checked us in for two rooms then charged us for three. Will not ever be staying at a Hilton hotel again.

I have looked into your reservation I am showing you booked online 2 reservations for the night of 4/5/24 we would have emailed you a confirmation for each room after booked also stating are 24hr cancellation policy. I also show another booking booked 01/21/24 for a 3rd room for the same night booked through Expedia. We do have a 24hr cancellation policy I do apologize in regard to any inconvenience that may have caused.

Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean and quiet- something I really appreciate. Beds are so cozy I slept great- and I usually have trouble sleeping. Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. Great place to stay! Will definitely return on future trips!

We've always stayed there. We couldn't make the trip, tried to cancel and couldn't get a refund or cancellation finished. My card is frozen and can't be used. Very unhappy with their cooperation.

It was very clean, beds were comfortable. The check in was super easy and we got to check in early. Love that check out was at noon. Breakfast was very good. And also had some grab and go options. Will definitely stay here again.

Tesla chargers rock
Love the Tesla chargers, although two were ICE’d by non Tesla’s. At least there was one available for me. Hotel is nice but we stay here for the Tesla chargers. And we come to Sioux Falls a lot.

Our stay was great! Very nice hotel. Newer carpet, rooms were clean and nice. Pool was open and heated. Nice choices for breakfast hot and cold options. Staff was really friendly. Would definitely stay there again. Convenient location off interstate.

I liked the room and the convenience of snacks or toiletry options. I wish there was a better breakfast variety. It would be nice to have TV guide available for the cable channels. The walls and floors are obviously not insulated to keep other room noises out. The door also allowed plenty of hallway noise to seep through. The elevator needs repairs or updates. It was loud, creaky and jerky. Definitely had myself and other guests on alert. Larger garbage cans in the rooms would be useful. The cans are so tiny I had to stack our garbage on the floor. I don’t understand why the hotels have put tiny cans in the rooms.

Thank you for the feedback. Hilton is often adding new items to the breakfast offerings. The TV guide is located through the QR code sticker in the room. The elevator company was working on the elevator last week. Thank you again for sharing your concerns.
