“Our room was great, the staff was friendly, and the non-smoking portion of the casino was wonderful.
The only thing that I didn't understand or appreciate was putting a guest with a small hyperactive child in the room directly above us (on floor 5), whoever allowed this was wrong.

“Clean, lovely room, however, was fooled by the Expedia photos. Expedia shows a representative pic of a freshly remodeled loft and the room is an older Victorian room. Room is beautiful and clean but unexpected compared to Expedia site. They should show pic of a more representative room. Check in woman was wonderful and gave us the best restaurant recommendations.”
