Perfectly situated at Soldiers Point with an easy level 500m walk to Soldiers Point Marina or 1km walk to Soldiers Point Bowling Club and Rick Stein Bannisters restaurant makes this the ideal holiday destination for couples that are looking for something modern and fresh.

There is an open plan comfortable air conditioned living/ dining area with ceiling fans and stylish furniture. A huge wall mounted flat screen Smart 65 inch 4K UHD TV with Smart Android TV with built in Chromecast, Netflix, Stan, YouTube and unlimited free WiFi.

Fully equipped kitchen and a sunny balcony that looks out to the distant ocean views and complex pool.

Two large bedrooms both having ceiling fans and renovated bathroom that provides a shower, vanity, toilet and separate second toilet. The ease of having an internal laundry with front loader washing machine and dryer and single undercover car space makes this property even more appealing.

(d) use or enjoy the premises in a manner, or for a purpose, that interferes unreasonably with the use or enjoyment of common property by neighbours and other occupants of the premises in a strata or community scheme
(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
