This spacious 1000 square foot condo features 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen, a 1 car garage and a private boat dock! Views of the marina can be enjoyed from inside or from the deck. Snuggle up in front of the wood-burning fireplace on cold winter nights. As of June 30, 2021 this condo will only be available for 31 night stays.


We want you to enjoy your stay but please understand your property is located in a residential neighborhood.
Please be aware that strict ordinances govern Lake Tahoe vacation rentals. Neighbors are sensitive to noise. Excessive noise or over-occupancy at any time of day could result in guest fine up to $2,000 (as well as any fines assessed against the homeowner). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy will result in eviction. Absolutely no use of the hot tub after 10 PM per ordinance.
