We were very disappointed we weren’t told about the pool being unavailable due to maintenance for an entire month. Even after we had mentioned we were coming for a pool birthday party

However, we want to clarify that the pool was closed for maintenance for a week, not a month. We understand the importance of accurate information, especially for special occasions like birthday parties and apologize that this was not communicated through the agency that you booked with.

Had a great check in with a super helpful gentleman. The room was clean and quiet. They had a convenient list of local restaurants when we asked for recommendations.

The smell in the hallway and our room was unpleasant. The hotel is located by the highway overpass. Unfortunately neither the wall nor the window is soundproof. It was like sleeping in the middle of the overpass. The elevators are every old, they make big noise too. We were very unlucky,a drunk man was nearby, while he slammed his door all night, he did not stop his swearing until 3 in the morning. No staff came to stop him.

Location was convenient and close to many restauarnts. Staff was friendly and a good breakfast spread. Very clean overall. I found the beds quite hard but everything was good

The pool was great my kids loved it. I just wish the bathroom was in the pool area so we didn’t have to freeze and drip water across the hall.
