"Less than 10 mins walk to the Capitol. Cute cafes and restaurants within 20 mins walk. The place is exactly as described. Lovely patio space in the back to enjoy some fresh air. Checking in and out was a breeze. Communication with the owners were super easy and Eric was very responsive. Had a great time staying there!"

"We were in town for our daughter’s graduation from Georgetown. It was the perfect place for all of us to gather and visit. The house is very clean and beautiful. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked, and communication with the host was prompt and so very accommodating."

"The property looks as if it's been fully renovated quite recently. Everything was neat and clean and thoughtfully arranged. The Capitol and museums were just 10/15 minutes away. We would stay there again."

"Our stay was better than I expected. The home was clean and user friendly. The second bed that was listed was actually a blow-up queen mattress but there was plenty of bedding for it. The property was in a nice area with plenty of easy parking on the street. The location gave easy access to the Metro station and downtown DC. The property manager was easy to communicate with and responded quickly."
