Nice older building, one thing to keep in mind there isn't any internet, phone service or TV. For us it was okay we utilize the blue ray for my grandson. For our needs the worked out fine since most of everything we had to do was in Newport for our daughters wedding. Pastor Ted is a very nice accommodating man.

Great place to relax and have a good time
This place is an older house that has been upgraded but still has the comfort of an old home. it has a large yard that kept our grandchildren occupied having fun outside when we were not at the lake. we had outdoor games with us and they had a blast and enjoyed seeing the turkeys and deer wonder through the yard. The private beach isn't very large but it was enough for the kids to enjoy the lake for hours each day. Nice safe dock to moor your boat of PWC. We will be back next summer.

Old house newly remodeled
This house was great to walk into but after a full weekend there we were a little disappointed. The tv didn't work the entire time we were there and since it was raining pretty much the whole time the kids got bored fast. The pipes are very old so there's no running water while someone showers or the shower practically shuts off. There were no toiletries included nor a blow dryer which is no big deal but for others that might be a bigger deal. No WiFi again no bug deal if you have service, which I didn't, also again the children couldn't go outside so they were very bored. They instruct you to load and start the dishwasher before you leave but they didn't unload the dishwasher and the kitchen was not swept so my baby kept finding things to try to eat. They need kitchen towels and wash rags and to replace their sponges more often. Also if you have mobile babies or toddlers KEEP THEM AWAY from the bottoms of the bar chairs they are super greasy. If you're looking for a house to just sleep in for a lake weekend this is a great place. However if you're here all weekend needing to entertain small children or even just stuck on a rainy day it's not so great.

Great Stay
Great place to get away and chill. Clean properly with lots of wildlife. Great outdoor seating with a covered patio and another patio with a propane fire pit which are great places to watch all the wildlife. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and bake and there were plenty of places to sleep, read and just relax. Super helpful staff we are definitely going to be returning for another stay.

Wonderful location for our ladies get away!
We loved being so close to the lake! The house was great for our ladies weekend. However, 2 rental homes share the same beach & water area. We were very happy with it, but the other renters were very rude to us like we were invading their space. I would make sure it is clear to both homes that it is shared space. Other than that we were very happy with our rental & experience!!

Great Area, Nice House
The lake is very close and beautiful and access to dock, paddle boat and kayak make it easy to enjoy. Wild turkeys and deer roamed the property. House, though not recently updated is comfortable, especially beds, great layout and kitchen that has everything you need for cooking at home and serving nice meals. Grill worked great, plenty of gas and clean. There isn’t any WiFi but there was enough reception to run a hotspot and access streaming services on TV. This made for a fun cozy movie night. Be prepared for more of a county style. This is great for folks trying to get away from the urban grind.

Beautiful roomy house in quiet location
We stayed at the Spokane House while skiing at 49° North. Elisha was quite helpful and accommodating. The house is large and very comfortable. We had no trouble with ants in the kitchen. Do note however that the bathrooms are not very updated, which was totally fine for us but some people might not like. The kitchen is well stocked. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful and seems like it would be great any season of the year.
