Summer family vacation

My family and I have been coming to St. Augustine for the summer for 6 years now. We have rented several different units in the complex and overall this was our favorite. Very clean and very well stocked! Fantastic stay.

Family vacation

Another 5 star stay

This is the 2nd year in a row that we have rented this condo. I have nothing negative to say. The owners are very easy to communicate with. We had zero issues. Condo is immaculate and well stocked. Master bed is very comfy.

Beautiful & Peaceful!

The condo was beautiful! Very clean and well stocked. My family was very comfortable. Great location. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. The pool was a nice addition. We plan to visit again!

Beautiful & Great Location

This condo is beautiful and impeccably clean with so much space for multiple family members to enjoy! We absolutely loved our stay here! Close to multiple restaurants, beach, pier, downtown, boat tours and more. Thank you for the recommendations on restaurants and photographers. We enjoyed them all! We will definitely be back and highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in St. Augustine.

Fantastic St Augustine Condo Near Pier

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at this beautiful condo. The layout was perfect. Very roomy for 3 adults, each with our own bedroom. It was nicely decorated with everything we could have asked for. The communication prior to our stay was quick, personable and very easy to get all our questions answered. Check in was clear and we had no problems. The area is perfect for visiting St. Augustine and being directly across from the pier and the water. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for a great experience!

Awesome Accommodations!

The property is in a secure, gated community. The unit was very clean and beautiful. It was fully furnished as well. The beds slept so comfortable.

Quick beach getaway

Well appointed and clean condo in a great location close to the beach, pier, restaurants and shops. We walked everywhere. The pool area is lovely and serene. Nice getaway. We would stay here again.

5 Star Stay

This condo earns a well deserved 5 stars. It's spotless. Every nook and cranny is clean. The mattresses are all comfortable with quality linens. The kitchen is well stocked with all the pots, pans and gadgets that you would ever need. There is a nice selection of beach equipment. We brought our own but there were chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys and a wagon. The beach is a quick walk. The pool and pool area are clean. We enjoyed many restaurants in the area. Do not miss Island Donuts across the street . We would not hesitant to book this condo again.

Fabulous Stay

This condo has everything - the location to the beach, restaurants and bars was great. The unit itself was very nice and had everything we needed, down to laundry detergent and shampoo. We needed nothing. This was our first VRBO and I guess we got an A+ one.

Great Summer Vacation Rental For Family

Excellent place to stay! The condo was super clean, spacious, and provided all amenities for my family that you could possibly imagine. The owners are very nice and accommodating. Our family stayed a week and we had a blast! Location is excellent. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and would give this stay 5 out of 5 stars.

Family Time

Four adults and two children were there for a wedding and vacation time. The condo was/is beautiful!! The beach was a short walk across the highway and the facility has a beautiful pool. Everything was perfect! The thoughtful items left for us were greatly appreciated and enjoyed. We will definitely consider staying there again and would highly recommend the accommodations for anyone staying along the St. Augustine Beach area!

Wonderful stay

We had a great vacation in this unit. It’s really large and so pretty. The owner made the check in and check out process easy. The kitchen was very well appointed. Easy to eat in. Pool was warm. Everything beat expectations and we were so close to the beach and historic district. Wonderful.

Great location and amenities

Our family of four had an amazing time during our stay - the accommodations were top notch and Cathy was a wonderful host. She even kept the Christmas tree up so that we could stay in the holiday spirit during our stay! I highly recommend this rental - we were all impressed with the decor, the quality of the finishes, the cleanliness, and the range of supplies - beach gear, kitchen utensils, etc, and even paper products to start us off. A great place to spend during our first visit to St. Augustine!

Long Weekend in St. Augustine for a Wedding.

We came to St. Augustine Beach for a wedding across the street from your complex. We had a wonderful stay. Your place is beautiful and decorated so nice. Everything we needed was available. The location was perfect. Close to restaurants, shopping, beach and historical downtown. Loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the pond each morning. Thank you for having the Christmas tree up, it was a nice added touch along with the drinks and snacks you provided. I highly recommend your place. We hope to come back sometime soon. Thank you for sharing your place with us.
