Your lovely Spanish style studio retreat awaits. Located within the gated community that hosts the King & Bear Championship Golf Course. Don't want to play Golf? Circles of Wellness Day/Medical spa is just downstairs on the main level. 3 Pools (1 heated), Hot tub, fitness center, tennis, pickle-ball courts and nature walks for a true resort style vacation. Perfect Location & Amenities

We loved our stay at Laterra. It's the perfect location within 30 minutes of everything. The condo had everything we needed for our 28-day stay. I loved that this studio had a real kitchen for preparing meals. Loved it!

Very clean, safe and grocery shop nearby. Nice morning walk garden ! Stayed 6 nights. Dish wash sponge and one extra toilet paper roll would have made the stay perfect. it was very pleasant and helpful host. Thanks!

Great host and Amazon property.

The host of this property kept in great contact and kept us informed of how we needed to proceed with every situation we had to get thru the gate and into the condo. Very nice people.

Beautiful location and a beautiful studio! Great communication from the host Jordann. Was unable to take the time to enjoy the amenities on site, but definitely plan on staying again in the future to do so.

Property is not as described.

The property is listed as a kitchen, dining, bedroom along with nature trails on the property and three pools. It also lists as sleeping four (sleeper couch). This is a STUDIO with two bar chairs at a high counter. The pool on the property is ice cold. If you want the heated pool (and fitness center), you have to get in your car and drive to the other side of the subdivision. This is not in the binder that is available for your review. There are NO nature trails unless you consider the sidewalks meandering through the subdivision along the road on one side and trees on the other (partial areas only). While staying, we encountered little black bugs in the kitchen and bathroom. I took pictures and videos as proof in case there are questions as to the validity of this statement and review.
