The recent storms have resulted in the removal of the fencing surrounding the property. Pass a Grille Beach Last Resort “The Best Last Place in Pass a Grille”. You have the opportunity to rent and be a guest at this one of a kind and like no other Pass a Grille property. You will be renting over 15,000 sq ft of land just one property off the famous and historic downtown Pass a Grille 8th Ave full of restaurants, shops, and bars!!! Just six property lots from the beach and 4 blocks from the dog beach. Right across the street from the intercoastal, public fishing dock, and catty corner to Merry Pier where you can take private charters. You have ample parking.

The upstairs 2nd floor one of a kind rental has one flight of stairs from the ground level to front door, and comes fully equipped with the look of yesterday in pristine well kept condition with all of today’s modern needs and wants. The unit sleeps 4, best for 2 adults, or 2 adults and 2 kids, or 2 adults and 2 small adults. King bed and queen air mattress. You can sit at the dining table or in the living room and look right out the windows to the intercoastal waterway and beautiful sunrises. We have everything in the kitchen you need except an oven. Yes, we are a smart rental, smart tv, Alexa, and Wi-Fi awaits you for your work or staycation. We have Hulu. We have added outdoor sitting areas for your outdoor enjoyment. We look forward to your stay.

We loved the privacy, cleanliness, and spaciousness of the rental. The location is very good, even though it is on the ICW side it is still a short walk to beach access. You can watch watercraft on the ICW from the window. The unit is very tastefully decorated and well equipped. Did I mention that the rental is updated and spotlessly clean? Also, I cannot overstate the importance of the private parking, especially on weekend. Communication with the office was very good. We would definitely stay again.

ALL AROUND PERFECTION!!

I took a solo trip (I highly recommend a solo trip if you are looking for a reset/refresh. This place was immaculate. I only wish I could have stayed longer and I was there for 3 nights. The location was great- close to shops and restaurants. I felt very safe and happy here!

The apartment was smaller then expected and if 4 adults stay know the second bed is a blow up mattress.and there is no doors so there is no privacy. The location is fantastic and the place was clean and well maintained .

Mismanaged - great space

Booked online a few days before stay - was immediately charged for stay with no refund then the TechTeam insisted I email my Drivers license or Passport to them. I refused and asked to come by the office to present my ID. When I arrived they still insisted on uploading my ID to their computer. I am careful and I was concerned about identity theft they would not refund my money - until I decided to leave and dispute the charges - then they compromised on what they needed to copy and keep of my private information. I travel frequently and have never had a hotel insist on copying and retaining on computer my personal data. Then when I tried to cook breakfast on the 2 burner stove only one half of one burner worked. I informed TechTeam but did not hear anything back. On the second morning of the stay at 755 am the garage doors below were rolled up very loudly and someone from TechTeam came in to do maintenance or Chang out the golf carts which are stored under this unit for their business on this end of the island. Loud beeping then the screeching garage wake-up. Beautiful place. It’s for sale
