Our newly renovated 1-bedroom log cabin is designed for couples looking for a romantic escape. The open floor plan features a large stone fireplace, a new log-style queen-size bed with a luxurious foam mattress, and a custom-tiled 2-person private bath. Wide glass French doors allow you to enjoy the mountain views from the comfort of your bed.

Step outside to the covered porch and relax in one of the two rocking chairs while enjoying your morning coffee and the tranquil views. The cabin is equipped with a private hot tub, a fully-equipped kitchen, satellite TV, and WiFi internet. Thanksgiving in Virginia

My husband and 2 small children were visiting family for Thanksgiving and needed a place to stay at the last minute. The rental process went very smoothly and the property was just as advertised. Very clean, very cozy and with a great view of the surrounding area. We highly recommend a stay here -- especially if you're able to enjoy as a couple's getaway!

Wonderful cabin in a beautiful location

We loved our stay. The cabin is small/cozy but the space is used extremely well. The deck area and outside campfire are wonderful. There is also a full kitchen, so we were able to cook dinner and have leftovers in the morning. The only negative of the experience was the pre-check-in process. While I can appreciate the need to convey accurate information, it comes across as overbearing when every potential misstep is accompanied by a threat of immediate evictions.

We were a couple of miles from the property and Randy the property owner called to let us know the storms had knocked the power out and we would be without power for a couple hours. He was very apologetic but we completely understood because the storms were violent. We spent that time exploring the town and sure enough power was restored when we arrived. The place was amazing. I believe the best views are from cabin 4. It was an amazing place to stay and get away from our hectic work schedules. I have already recommended my friends to book this little piece of heaven.

The property was as advertised. Instructions were very clear. The views were amazing and the cabin was very clean. Everything provided was in working order. In the short time we were there we never saw other people, however there was one other occupied cabin very close by with two others under construction. This might not be ideal for anyone looking for a lot of privacy, our hot tub did not have any sort of privacy fence.
