"Terrific location, oceanfront. We had a two-room suite with a balcony. The price was very reasonable. The staff was more than accommodating. “Billy from Philly” was very helpful. We will definitely come back for a longer stay."

"WARNING!!! $20 PER NIGHT TO PARK ON SITE, NOT INFORMED UNTIL CHECK IN! However, TOMI at the front desk is AWESOME!! VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL! NO COFFEE MAKER IN THE ROOM!! SHOCKING! Room had fridge which was a big Plus, cook top, plus, bowls and utensils, BUT NO COFFEE MUGS! Handicapped bathroom, however toilet was VERY CLOSE to sink, uncomfortably so. AC shut off once it hit cool temp. BUMMER! Night time NOISE level was annoying. Room was clean, but Noisy. Overall, Nice Stay for the price. However they should have Coffee Makers in every room or in the lobby, and their website should warn about the $20 Per Night Parking Fee!"

"Place was a quick drive to the center of town. There is not much around the property, but the pool area and lounge outside is amazing. The beds were also very soft, clean and comfortable. Bathroom door did not close properly and toilet was wobbly. Overall our stay was good, we slept through a thunderstorm at night. We were on the first floor so that might be have been the reason. People are respectful and heard no noise at night from other rooms."

"Really, really good hotel! Pros: EXTREMELY modern, roomy suites with king bed (a relative rarity in the area) and separate bedroom. Nice little touches, like some handy bowls and eating utensils, tons of hooks to hand wet bathing suits, et. al. on, and lots of pillows. Excellent minifridge which could easily store about a case and a half of drinks, and an easy to use microwave (again, a relative rarity in my travels) Two heated pools and two nice and hot hot tubs were also really cool, and both hot tubs are very large. Nice rooftop patio areas with wonderful views, as well as comfortable ground level patio area complete with comfy furniture and fire pits. Staff, particularly housekeeping, is high-level. Beach is right in front of both pools and easy to access from all floors. Parking was ample and hassle-free. And the general look of the hotel lobby just screams that this is a place where you would want to stay! Neutrals: personally I liked the piped-n music throughout the property, but my wife and son despised it! Elevator looks like it has seen better days, but worked throughout or stay. Cons: really nothing major at all; about the worst thing was the lack of storage drawer space, which was odd since the rooms were so sizable, Also some minor maintenance issues such as a front door lock that required a little effort to close (fixed immediately), and a stuck drawer, which exacerbate the storage issue. 9 out of 10, one of the very best we have stayed in in the Wildwoods!"

"This was our second time staying at an Icona resort, first time at the Diamond Beach location. The resort was clean and felt very safe. The staff was helpful and friendly. Our air conditioner wasn’t working well, so they moved our bags to another room for us immediately. We can’t wait to go back!"
