My pregnant daughter was also scolded by staff for going back to the breakfast a second time. The breakfast its self was not the best ( juice and coffee were both watered down severely) as well as limited choices and poor taste. I went to the front desk to get some towels ( which was absent of personnel quite a bit during the day), there was some sort of loud phone call going on between the assistant manager and another female - a significant amount of obscene language was used to describe guests as well as upper management - very unprofessional. Night shift staff on the other hand was extremely pleasant and helpful... The shower curtain was to small therefore a LOT of water was on the floor. The staff was very helpful and helpful The rooms big lock was broken but we just used a chair in front of the door, the room was clean.
